Alice began her story ” Well Tina, I have this friend who claims to have meet the ‘one’ but because of her current situation can’t do anything about it. So I thought devise a little competition, which I am going to enter her for and possibly fix it for her to win. If you and the stations big wigs don’t mind that is. I thought I could run it in connection with Avi G’s the Love Zone. Maybe an all expenses paid trip to some exotic location for two it’ll be kinda like a blind date thingy but really it will be my mate and her secret ‘lover’.
“Wow Alice you are going to an awful of trouble for you friend. You must really love her.” replied Tina
“Yeah she has always been there for me and now it’s time to repay her” answered Alice “the only thing is she is very proud so I can not let her know that I am behind this, so we must keep her identity a secret. So how to come up with a plan somehow, I don’t know but just wanted to get the go ahead from you and the execs”
“Mm ok because I like what your willing to do for this friend. I run it by the big noises and see will they go for it but you go my vote but also run it by Avi G and see what she thinks as her slot really is all about the love” answered Tina
“Cheers TK, you’re a doll” beamed Alice.
Later in Bette’s House
Alex was getting ready for bed, she was in the bathroom washing her teeth when all of a sudden the door bell rang.
Alex came rushing down the hallway with a loud booming voice “I’ll get it, I’ll get it”.
Upon opening the door and realising it’s Alice, she gave out another loud shout “Hey it’s Aunty Aaaalllliiiiccccccceee, what did ya bring me? What did ya bring me???”
“Whoah there sweetie, I would like to keep my hearing” laughed Alice “Let me in, sit and we’ll see what I got”
“Allie honey, let your Aunty Alice in the house will you please?” requested Bette while helping Al escape Alex’s bear hug.

Yay you haven’t given up on this story! Alex is such a cutie. She seems so full of life. Too bad she has awful nightmares. :(
so Alex is an adult but with a mentality of a kid? i hope alice’s plan will work and B&T can have a nice vacation together
I really do enjoy this story and it’s always great when after a while a new installment appears! Wish they were more frequent though. By the way, I assumed the “3 grown women” was an error?
I often come back to stories to see comments others have made and DAMN do I feel dumb. I know I looked over the last paragraph at least 5 times and still missed “three grown women.” I swear I read “two” instead of “three.” *slaps forehead*
