    What can Alice Do??

    Bette’s House

     

    Bette arrives home after her long day at work and talk with Alice.  She was greeted by Sam and Alex at the door.

     

    An excited Alex jumping up and down saying; “Bette’s home, Bette’s home”.

     

    “Aah how is my favourite girl doing?” replied Bette while giving Alex a bear hug.  Mouthing to Sam “Thank you”

     

    “Girl it was no problem, me and Allie had loads of fun today” beamed Sam “In fact so much fun that this girl tired me out so I shall leave you two in peace and Allie will tell you all we did today”

     

    “Ok Sammy,” Screamed Alex while running over to hug him too “Allie loves Sammy”

     

    “And Sammy loves Allie” said Sam ” See you girls on Monday, bye Bette have a nice weekend you two!”

     

    “Thanks SammY” a cheeky grinned Bette replied.

     

    “So Allie my dear let’s get some dinner and you can tell me all about your day with Sammy” spoke Bette  “You fancy some take out pizza? And I also have a surprise for you Aunty Alice is coming by for a visit later”

     

    “Hooray” shouted Alex

     

    Bette smiled and thought to herself she would be lost without Alex.



     

    Meanwhile across town

     

    “This is Alice Piesecki signing off for another glorious evening, I shall be handing you over to my favourite DJ and yours … Avi G to take you through the night with all your requests for your loved ones. Alice P signing off – peace out kids” said Alice putting the show’s jingle on for the last time tonight.

     

    Alice was gathering her stuff and started heading towards Tina’s office, seeing that the light was still on she entered Tina’s office.

     

    “Hey TK, so you have decided to work late after all” boomed Alice

     

    “Jeez Al, you scared the living crap out of me” a startled Tina replied looking up from a report she was reading “Good show Al by the way, always enjoy listening”

     

    “Thanks TK” a proud Alice replied “I wonder could I run that idea by you again, if you got a minute”

     

    “Absolutely, you have got me really intrigued by the way” a questioning Tina answered.

    8. I really do enjoy this story and it’s always great when after a while a new installment appears! Wish they were more frequent though. By the way, I assumed the “3 grown women” was an error?

    9. I often come back to stories to see comments others have made and DAMN do I feel dumb. I know I looked over the last paragraph at least 5 times and still missed “three grown women.” I swear I read “two” instead of “three.” *slaps forehead*

    10. Hey great to see a post from you, I’m glad you haven’t given up on this sweet story. I can’t wait to see Alice plan unfold, but Bette is not going to like it LOL. How old is Alex?? Please post soon…
