“I already did.”  Bette said wiggling her eyebrows.

“Tina, I have never thought much beyond my basketball career until I fell in love with you.  Yes I see you as my future.  I think I would want kids. One or two would be nice.”

“You really think about kids?”

“Why do you sound so surprised?  You don’t see me being a mom?”

Tina thought about that for a moment.  She did think Bette might make a great mom.  She does have a nurturing instinct.

“Actually I think you’d be great B.  I guess I am pleasantly surprised that you would be thinking about kids.”

“Well, I know I’m not ready to propose yet, but I just want you to know that I do have those thoughts.  When I see the future, you are always there.”

“So are you babe.  I love you so much Bette Porter.”
“I love you too Tina Kennard.”
