“Do you think I already know her?” Karen knew her well enough to know she was thinking of a different blonde, but Karen was determined to be a good friend. She couldn’t help thinking about how good it would feel to belong to Bette, even if it is for just one night.  No one has ever made her feel like Bette.  If she were being honest, she knows Bette loves her. She’s just not in love with her.  Thats ok for Karen because she will not allow herself to be hurt by Bette because she already knows her pattern.  

Bette came to Karen for comfort whenever she was in between lovers.  Bette just hated to sleep alone.  Sometimes Karen would get a late night text that simply read, ‘I need you’, and Karen would come over and they would just cuddle all night.  Bette loved to feel Karen against her body and Karen was happy to oblige her friend. They had a solid enough friendship to not let the intimacy ruin their friendship, at least thats what Karen tells herself.   

“Maybe you do sweetie.”

Bette got comfortable and draped her arm around her waist.  She moved her face so it was inches from Karen’s.

“Karen”, Bette whispered in her ear.

“Yes Bette.”

“You know I love you right?”

“Yes, B I know. ”

“Can I have a kiss?”
She turned and faced the delicious brunette next to her.  “Oh Bette you are such a heart breaker.”

“Damn Kar, you’re the second person to say that to me today.  I really don’t mean to be.”  She saw tears in Bette’s eyes and immediately felt for her.

“Aw sweetie, don’t cry.”  She hated to see her friend in pain.  She used her thumb to wipe her tears away.  She leaned in and kissed Bette.  It was slow at first but then she heard Bette moan as she held her tighter.  It felt so good being in Bette Porter’s bed again. 

Though it had been months since they last made love, and Karen was not in a relationship right now, she didn’t feel right.  If Bette was really thinking of Tina, Karen will not stand in her way, and she pulled away from the kiss. 

Bette had other plans and she rolled on top of Karen and went in for a kiss on Karen’s neck. She heard Karen moan so she took that as a green light and started fondling her breast.

Karen was so lost in the sensation that she grabbed Bette’s firm ass and started squeezing it.  ‘Oh god, she feels so good.’ She looked in Bette’s eyes and said, “Babe, as much as I would love to be with you right now, I can’t.”

“Ssh, don’t worry my parents aren’t coming back until the morning, remember?” Bette said looking confused.  She was not used to Karen saying no. ‘Porter are you losing your touch?’

Karen knew she shouldn’t but she couldn’t help it.  She loved Bette’s hands on her body.  Bette knew just how to touch her.  She pushed all thoughts of Tina Kennard out of her mind and just let nature take its course.  It was obvious Bette was in the mood and Karen wanted to be a little selfish tonight.

She rolled Bette onto her back and looked into her beautiful eyes and said, “Yeah, I almost forgot the ‘rents are out for the night. Just let me have my way with your sexy body B.” 

She began kissing her way down the brunette’s luscious body en route to her favorite destination.  She would be hers even if it is just for the night.

Bette closed her eyes and braced for a night of passion as Karen tried her best to make love to Bette as she never has before.
