Life with Mom and Tina Ch 134
Previously:
Jess didn’t know how to react it hit her all at once. The fear she used to experience on a regular basis.
Bette wrapped her arms around Jess and held her close.
Two hours later….
Jess had finally calmed down long enough to fall asleep. Bette sat next to Jess still half holding her. She brushed the hair over her ear.
"I haven’t seen her that upset in years." Tina said.
"Seven years to be exact." Bette said.
"Huh?" Tina said.
"It hit me about 45 minutes ago. That painting is Jess’s nightmare. It’s not me and Andy. It’s me and you. If you’ll hand me the journal of hers from seven years ago I’ll show you." Bette said.
"Okay." Tina said and headed towards the closet.
"I don’t know why I didn’t think about it before." Bette said.
"Here." Tina said handing Bette the black journal.
"Do remember when she disappeared for about two days right before she went to camp that year?" Bette asked.
"Yeah. She said she was at the Ranch with Alyssa, and Shannon backed her story up." Tina said.
"She was at the ranch, she wasn’t lying. I think she painted this up there, because when she came back she didn’t have anymore nightmares like before." Bette said. Tina thought.
"You know you’re right I don’t remember any after that." Tina said.
"Here. Read this." Bette said handing her the open journal.
June 14
It happened again last night. I have to find some way to see the end. Maybe it’s not as bad as I think it is. I hope not anyway. I am scared what if it is worse. What if it really comes true? My therapist says that maybe if I paint the dream it will make me feel better. Who knows. I know I can’t do it at home. Mom and Mama would freak out.
June 16
I have decided to go to the ranch by myself to finish the dream and paint it. I am going to do it next week when Mama goes on her business trip. Mom will be so busy with the boys she won’t mind me not being here.

I am hoping Cat will help her get her mind off of things. The sound of ball hitting plastic? Did Jess get hit in the head rounding bases? Post soon.
Owwwwwwwww…I was 1st…
Hope she doesn’t have a concussion. This girl has had some tough luck.
Oh. my a ringer in the head….yikes
Awww hell! Don’t tell me that ball hit Jess in the head!? How much drama can this girl take? So, now what? Will she have a mild concussion or will she lose her memory? Maybe she’ll forget that she’s gay!… forget Cat? Damn! Am I have a deja vu moment or somethin? Whatever, I can’t wait for the next update!
Maybe the ball cracked someone else in the head.
Great chapter as always! Aww…please let jess be okay. Hasnt she had enough head trauma for one story? But I can’t wait to see what happens! Post soon!
I am soooo glad that Cat was there for Jess, she and Jess are GREAT together. I have played fast pitch softball and it would be MORE the unusual for a ball that has been thrown to hit you on your helment to cause anything more than a headache unless you are suffering from a previously exsisting condition. I am looking foward to Jess meeting Cat’s family and Jess talking to her moms about her nightmare :o) GREAT chapter charmed :-D
Not on the head, thanks
That sounds like Jess took one to the head. Cat is her life ring right now, but Bette and Tina will always be her life boat. I hope that they will be able to reach Jess and that Jess allows them to be there for her.
Good chapter and hope Jess is ok!
god I just hope that jess is o.k she just has the worse luck of everyone please post soon great update i love it

Why do you have to leave such a cliff hanger? Please post again soon! How much more does Jess have to go through in life before she just gets a break?
un oh i don’t understand baseball lingo but give this kid a break, please PPS
