    Tina helps out Bette

    Tina: She is just too cute Bette. To tell you the truth, I am kind of mad at Aliceshe never told me you had a daughterthat wouldve been something I wouldve liked to known. Tina said it a little shaky, not knowing what Bette would say.

    Bette: Oh Tina noJennashes not my daughter, shes my godchildwell its a long story, that was one of the things I wanted to talk to you about on Friday. Tina was ecstaticmaybe there was hope for them yetof course she knew it didnt rule out that Bette wasnt with someonebut her chances of getting back her Bette made her hopeful and giddy.

    Tina: WowI just assumed that she waswellthat you and your partner Tina was digging herself a hole and decided to switch the subject fast. I cant believe I blamed AliceI always jump to conclusions Tina was looking at Bette. She had a look on her face that Tina knew too well, still after all these years. Bette, what are you thinking?!?

    Bette: You know Alice isnt as innocent as you think, T.

    Tina: What do you mean?

    Bette: What if I told you that Alice knew that we would run into each other and never told either one of us?

    Tina: I would say that was impossibleI mean how could she have possibly

    Bette: Bette explained the whole situation to Tina the phone call she got from Alice and why she had been so weird. Tina could not believe that Alice wouldnt have given her a heads up. She didnt even tell her that Bette lived in the same area as her!

    Tina: Gritting her teeth. I swearwhen I talk to that girlI am going to

    Bette: Wait Tina I have a better ideaI think we should have a little fun with our dear old friend. Bette laid out her plan to Tina. So? What do you think? You up for it? Bette hoped Tina would say yes. This was not only a way to get back at Alice but it was a way for her to get closer to Tina.
