They leave the office and walks down the hallway, passed Tinas office,
but she doesnt notice them. Shes too busy with work.

They walk through the hallway and outside, they crosses the yard and into a small building.
So here we are, this is our little school. Oscar says and looks at Bette.
What do you think? He asks.
I like it, its intimate and it has a good feel to it, if you know what I mean? She replies.
Yeah, I know. When we renovated it, we wanted to make it more of a home than a school. These kids have been through so much, so we wanted them to feel safe, when they are in our care, 7 hours a day, 5 days a week.
He says. Bette starts to wander around, looking at the water colors that are lying on the desks. She really seems to enjoy looking at them, she smiles.
Some of these are really good. She says.
So how old are these kids? She asks.
Well, we have three classes. The youngest kids are from 6 years to 10 years and then from 11 to 14 and then the last group is from 15 to 18.
It is just in art class that we have mixed the ages. Oscar says.
Bette continues to wander around the room.
So are you interested? Oscar asks.
Bette turns her attention towards him and smiles. Yes, actually I am. Bette says.
Well, why dont we go back to my office and discuss the details?
He suggests and motions with his hand to follow him.
They walk by Tinas office again, and this time she sees them and smiles at Bette who smiles back. They walk into Oscars office and they takes a seat.
So, are you sure you want to do this? Some of the kids are trouble makers, and they need structure and discipline. Are you ready to give them that, without getting off at them? Be reasonable with them, give them a chance? Oscar asks. Bette take in what Oscar has just said and smiles a little smile. Yes, I am. I believe that I can contribute in a positive way. Bette says. At this Oscar smiles and takes out a paper from his desk.
Well, here, you can fill out this. Its just personal stuff for us to have in our records. And there is a trial time of three months. So after those three months, your paycheck will increase a little. Oscar says and give Bette the paper.
You can fill that out and then bring it back to me. Oscar says.
Okay, Ill do that. Bette says and leaves his office. She walk over to Tinas office and knock on the closed door. She hears Tina call come in, so she walks inside. Tina lights up the second she sees that its Bette who was knocking on her door.
Hey you, so what do you think? Tina asks as she gets up and walks over to Bette. Bette leans in for a kiss, their lips meet.
Im going to do it. Bette says and smiles at Tina. Tina put her hands on Bettes waist and pulls her closer.
Like I said before, I think you will be a great teacher. Tina says.
