“hey”
she turns around and looks at me…I say…
“I might not know what you thinking….but if you ever need an extra ear…I’m here to listen”
“thanks”
uttered from her lips…she turns back around and exits leaving me standing against the door…I look down at the rose and I examine it carefully…I raised it to my nose and smelled it…it smelled fresh like it was just picked…I enter the house and close the door…I shower and get ready for bed…
2:00 a.m.
I awoke to the sound of my cellohne ringing non stop…with one eye I looked down at the caller id…I couldn’t see so I struggled to open the other one…oh my god…it was Bette…I sat up and took the call…
“hello”
Bette whispers…
“hey T…I’m sorry…did I wake you?”
I respond saying…
“yes…I was sleeping”
I sat up on the sofa…there was something wrong that the brunette was calling so late in the night…my thoughts were broken when she said…
“are you dressed?”
I replied and said…
“yes…I am…why?”
she said…
“come downstairs…I’m outside…”
I sprang off the sofa fast and went over to the window…I peeked out and saw the brunette outside standing against her car…she waved at me and I waved back at her…I hurried up and threw on my house coat and my flip flops…my ankles were too swollen for sneakers or shoes at the moment…I then said…
“I’m coming right down”
“okay”
she responded back…I grabbed my keys and went downstairs…once I opened the front door Bette already had the car door open..I got in with her assistance and she hoped in the driver side…I didn’t know what to think, say, do, or assume at the moment…I looked over at her and watched her every move…she seemed like she had something on her mind and she needed to talk immediately…she turned to me with tears in her eyes…she says…
“look…I aplogize for dropping you off earlier and not saying anything afterwards…when I got home, my conscience ate my alive…I didn’t think that it was appropriate with the way I ended things…when you told me that you loved me and how you were still in love with me and how there’s no one that can come between us I felt ashamed and embarassed”

finally some brave attitude from Bette..hide her emotions wont work..im gald Tina was able to hear even to hear means suffer..oh i think Bette could ask Tina to move back maybe to the guess room is not fear in her condicion sleep on the couch…ok..more and more please thanks :o)

ok so maybe there’s hope after all, there’s no right reason for cheating, but if you look on the show you can clearly see the amount of pressure that Bette has on her with keeping everything a float, not just with Tina but all her friends and family come to her with their problems and she has to fix them all because that’s what they expect from her, I love Bette, she is a surviver and she never gives up, and I don’t see her giving on Tina is this story either, fight for your woman Bette, til the end!
