JSM’ s back porch

Shane and Mark are sitting quietly on the back steps smoking. Until mark broke the comfortable silence "Shane look i know Ive said this already but I’m so sorry i…." Shane cuts him off

"dude stop… it okay really" she puts her hand on his shoulder as to reassure him "you are a good guy and you probably know more about me than anyone else including Jenny.. " Shane had been doing interviews with him for his documentary to keep him out of Jenny’s face but that was before they found the cameras"… so stop apologizing OK" she looked him straight in the eye

"OK OK… i just want to make sure we’re OK .. you know me and you" he motioned with his hand "friends"

Shane only smiled "ya friends… and like i said before stop worrying man… so hows the film comin" she had a real interest in his documentary, not to mention she had given back the video of her so  he could use them in the documentary…

"oh it great… i found a new investor and he set me up with a crew and soon we will be heading out to new locations and people.. i cant wait.. " he exclaimed almost jumping off the steps in excitement causing Shane to start laughing, something she hadn’t done very often but her laughter died as soon as she realized he would be leaving

"so your gonna be leaving" her voice horse and low as she looked up at him in an attempt to try and make him stay, he had become the brother she always wanted but never had…

"ya but not for a month or so…" he looked down at her while wrapping his arm around her shoulder and was relieved when she leaned into the embrace "i wanted to stay till you got better.. you know out of the clinic.." to him Shane had become like a younger sister and because of that he was going to protect her from everything, since Shane had taken the x and gotten beaten up by the bouncers their friendship, no matter how weird it may seem to the others, only got better… Shane was more open in the interviews and mark was less of an asshole when it came to asking questions..
