Dana – “Look, its fine. I can stay at the hotel, I just need to be careful. I don’t want to intrude on Alices` privacy!”

Shane felt partly angry at Alice and sorrowful. This was her big chance to get to know this perfect woman, let down her barriers and possibly let some romance develop. Hell, the girl was only here for two weeks, she better bloody hurry up!

Alice touched Danas hand and smiled. “Hey, it would be a pleasure for you to stay. It isn’t much of a home but it is comfortable, and it would cut down on taxis! That is if you want to, I don‘t want this lot to pressurize you.”

Dana looked down at her slender soft hand and put hers on the top – “I would love to, thanks!”

Deep inside her head, yet again, she was doing that ‘go Dana’ dance again.

All the girls were beaming and looking at each other, knowing that they were all thinking how this was one step closer to getting Alice to let down the defences around her heart and get these to friends together. Julie was saddened in one respect and wished Dana was going to stay at hers, but was glad she would be safer than staying at the hotel.

When the group had finished their lunches, Bette and Tina asked if they could go back to the trailer and read this world class interview they had been told about. Alice was warmed by the fact that Dana was blushing at their comment. Alice said sure it was fine, anyway her and Shane were due back on set for a scene and when they were finished they would meet them there, it shouldn’t take too long. It was planned that then Alice would take Dana back to the hotel to pick up her belongings and take then over to her place. Dana was so excited at this prospect, getting to see Alices home.

Bette and Tina had each read the article twice as they were so impressed with it. Dana was so pleased they liked it. She had received an email back from the editor of Chill Out saying that it was a magnificent piece and would be published in the next edition. It also questioned how she had been so successful in breaking down the barriers of Alice Pieszecki and get her to open up with so much new material. How would Dana explain that one?

Dana chatted away with Bette and Tina and both thought what a pleasant person she was and so beautiful too. Bette then suggested that if the magazine gave the ok, Dana was more than welcome to interview her at some point, and Tina also agreed. They said it may help her build a career in journalism if she wanted to. Dana thanked them and said it would be a pleasure to.

Alice and Shane had finished filming their little segment and went back to Alices` trailer. They sat around with the other three and made plans for the night out. Finally Alice said that her and Dana had better get off to pick up her things and then take them to hers so they would have time to get ready before going to the bar. Alice and Dana left the other girls in the car park and walked over to her Mini. They set off for the hotel leaving the others discussing how their plan had worked and that Alice may finally have found someone really special …
