    Something’ Got to Give . . .

    Once again she started that slow, sarcastic clapping – -one CLAP then a few seconds later a second CLAP and then a third CLAP.

    That was good Beach, very dramatic, very heart-felt, very Oscar-worthy. and again her tone was quite disturbing. But we both know that you are full of *****, now dont we?

    Full of *****? What is that supposed to mean? You dont think I feel bad for what I have done? You dont think I am heading to ***** for my actions and thoughts? Do you think I am joking when I say I am sorry for my sins? What Bette, what?

    I was stung by her analysis of my behavior even though I did realize that she was pretty accurate in her assessment. My confession was dramatic, yet insincere and was performed with such conviction that I SHOULD get an academy award. How K ever puts up with me is still as mysterious as my visions of Bette as God.

    Oh I have no doubt you are sorry for your sins, but for the wrong reasons, Beach..

    (UH OH – – SHE KNOWS – SHE REALLY DOES KNOW WHAT IS IN MY MIND AND MY HEART – -MOTHER ***** ME SHE KNOWS)

    You cry because you got caught, because you struggle with the next lie you must tell to continue the deception.

    (MOTHER ***** ME AGAIN, SHE IS GOOD)

    You behave badly because you mistakenly believe that your fate is predestined – that you are bad and are going to ***** so why be good, why try to do the right thing. Kinda like that self-fulfilling prophecy – see, I told you I am no good, I told you I would sin. and you like to blame everyone and everything around you for your shortcomings – nothing is ever your fault, is it Beach?

    (MOTHER ***** THREE TIMES – NOT ONLY IS SHE GOOD, AND HOT I MIGHT ADD, SHE IS DEAD-ON RIGHT ABOUT MY BEHAVIOR. AND I DONT LIKE THAT – IT MAKES ME UNCOMFORTABLE THAT SHE KNOWS ME SO WELL, KINDA LIKE K)

    She was wearing me down, my resistance was being slowly chipped away while she painted an accurate yet disturbing picture of me. She was right, she was so right. Now all she had to do was fix me, set me straight, show me the way, give me the answers, but somehow I believed that was not going to happen as easily as it sounded.
