“Are either of them in and danger? Is her blood pressure ok?”
“They are both fine… other than the fact the both are extremely impatient” Tina said with a smile.
“Oh girl you don’t know the half of it.”
“I’m worried about tomorrow, she is going to want to help. It sounds horrible and I hate saying it but I hope she is not feeling well tomorrow… so she remembers why she has to stay down.”
“I understand what you’re saying girl. If there is anything I can do just let me know.”
“You guys are doing so much for us already.”
“Tina… your my sister now… I didn’t say if you and Bette needed anything I said you! I know how she can be. I got your back girl. If you need anything call me!” Tina hugged Kit. “Thank you Kit.. I will I promise”
Kit and Tina made their way out to the living room where the rest of the girls were still showering Bette with compliments over the nursery.
“Baby girl that nursery looks amazing”
“Thanks sis, but I can’t take all the credit T helped me finish it.”
The room fell silent almost instantly. No one could believe what they heard.
“What” Bette asked. “We will be doing the girls room together… Once I get back on my feet.” Bette left everyone as a loss for words trying to figure out if it was her medical situation or her love for Tina that was making her allow Tina into her domain… what had always been her private time for herself. One thing they all knew for sure no matter what was causing it Bette had it worse than any of them ever dreamed.
Kit was the first to break the silence.
“Alright girls… let’s get out of here. We have an early morning tomorrow and Baby Girl needs her rest. Hugs went around and well wishes for lost of rest and an uneventful night. Tina closed the door behind them and turned to Bette.
“Wow what was that all about?”
“They were just a little shocked. My painting has always been my me time. I would never even let them in the house when I was painting.”

Love that Tina can calm Bette and Gavin down. He will be Tina’s baby,he will want her all the time. Just like his Mom does.
