Tina walked back to her seat from the bathroom and sat next to Shane. Shane was sleeping next to the window. Tina tapped Shane to wake her up.

Hey Shane, were almost there. Shane looked at Tina and rubbed her eyes. She sat up and stretched.

What time is it? She asked groggily.

Its 4:30 back at home, so its 7:30 in Key West. Shane nodded her head and looked out the window. Tina sat her seat up and rested her head against the seat. The pilot came over the speaker.

Welcome passengers to Key West, Florida. Its 7:30 pm, 77 degrees, nice breeze. Welcome home to those returning, and those who are visiting enjoy your stay. Thank you again for flying United Airlines. The plane slowly made its way to the gate, and the lights flashed on. Shane squinted her eyes to get adjusted to the lights. The plane stopped, and everybody started to move. The girls got up and grabbed their stuff from the carton above. They slowly moved their way to the exit and out the gate. When they walked out, Jenny was standing there waiting with Marina next to her. Shane saw Jenny and dropped her bags. She ran over to her friend and picked her up. She held her tightly and twirled her around. Jenny started to laugh at her friend.

Ive missed you. Shane said in tears.

Ive missed you, its good to see you. You lookgood.

Thanks, so do you. Jenny didnt want to lie. Her friend looked horrible, pale, skinny, dark circles around her eyes. But for right now, it didnt matter shes happy to see Shane.
