At the Planet Alice and Kit watched them leave with a smile.

„Hmmm… wanna take a bet ?“ Alice smirked.

„No, no need for that. But, Alice, that was the last thing I would have thought would happen.“ Kit was worried for Jenny.

„Yeah, I know what you mean. But what can we do ? We have no right to interfere, we can just pick up the pieces if it comes to that. But let me tell you that even I get the feeling that Marina has changed. For the better and I think she really wants to make it work this time.“ Now Alice was on a go. „Nevertheless I’ll watch her… and the situation closely. Rest assured.“

„Wow, Al, nice speech.“ Unbeknownst to both of them Max had entered the Planet and was now taking a seat beside Alice.

„Heya, Mr. Max.“ Kit smiled at him.

„Heya, Ms. Kit. How are you doing ? And Junior ?“ Max patted Kit’s hand first and winked an hello to Alice while patting her hand too.

„We both are fine, thanks for asking though. Did you recover from last night already ?“

Jenny and Marina had left through the main entrance and where now standing next to the last outside table.

„I am really sorry, Jenny. I’d very much like to stay, but I have an appointment with my lawyer which I can’t miss. That reminds me, should I take your loan contract with me for him to look it over for you all. So you don’t need to find someone else.“ Marina right now explained to Jenny.

„That would be great. I just have to get it from Alice. Wait for me here, ok ?“ Jenny smiled at her and ran inside.

The other three were surprised at her sudden reappearance. As she reached the table, they asked without words if there was something wrong.

„Alice, I need the loan contract, please. Marina has an appointment with her lawyer and offered to let him look it over. If that’s ok with you of course.“

„Great idea of her. I am ok with it and I think Shane would be too.“ Alice reached into her bag, pulled out the folder and Jenny was gone in a jiffy.
