“Kit tell me I’m almost to Tina’s help us please” trying not to cry
“First one of you needs to be calm and its got to be YOU remove all her clothing I would put her on the floor on a sheet. Get a pan of tepid water and soft cloth that will hold some water like flannel. Dip the cloth, ring it out almost completely and gently dab her body you can put a fan on her or you can blow gently, Bette are you listening”
“Yes Kit to every word” she starts crying again
“Bette it helps to sing or hum a song while you’re using the damp cloth, it will lower Angie’s stress”
“OK I got it, Dr Wilson told Tina if it increases another 2 degrees to rush her to emergency, Kit I’m so afraid” sniffing
“Baby girl you’re going to do just fine, if you do take Angie to the hospital I will meet you OK” she hangs up
Pulling up to the big wrought iron gates, Audrey presses the speaker button and the gate automatically swings open. Driving through the grounds of the estate to the circle drive she parks the car.
Quickly Bette rushes to the front door which is ajar, pushes it open and walks in “Tina it’s me, where are you” she calls out to Tina
Tina emerges from a room into the hallway crying she rushes into Bette’s arms “I’m so glad your hear” sobbing “I feel so helpless”
Bette rubbing her back “T I’m just glad to be here to help” trying to calm her down. “Tina” she takes her chin and looks into her eyes “We have to get her fever down, I will need a pan of tepid water, one of your old flannel shirts one I can destroy and a sheet” almost before she could finish Tina was off retrieving all the items.
Bette looked at Audrey that was just coming in the door and her tears began to fall Audrey pulled her into her arms and whispered “Baby you need to be the strong one Tina is very distraught” lifting her chin looking at her “do you understand Bette you can do this ok”

Who would have thought that Audrey knew Helena? Very interesting conversation Audrey and Tina had. Tina did seem jealous of Audrey’s interest in Bette. So sweet and beautiful how Bette was caring for her Angie, and how Tina finally saw a Bette she’s not seen before. I noticed how Tina kept calling Bette, Baby…hmmm, sounds like T is reassessing her feelings for Bette. Let’s hope she reevaluates her and Helena’s relationship. Thank you for this loving and touching update, please post soon.
yeah i agree hard time bring people together and make them see the truth…i hope Tina open her eyes and soon cuz Audrey seems to be a very good person too and deserve to be happy…cant wait for more thanks great chappy

Grat update. Sometimes a little drama is needed to bring people together. Spooky about Audrey knowing of Helena. Loved how you got both Audrey and Bette to let Tina know who Bette’s heart belongs too.
