    Back in LA

     

    Kit:  So baby sis, seems that youre going to be staying here for quite a while…

     

    Bette:  No Im not staying here long Kit… as soon as Im done with this Im going straight back to New York.

     

    Kit:  I know what you mean but listen; since youre here we might as well do something.  I mean you never come visit us no more  Just stay a few days ok?

     

    Bette:  I dont know Kit.  I really need to get back as soon as I can I have a show to run

     

    Kit:  Hey I hear ya!  I just missed you is all.  Im gonna go and get ya food

     

    I know I was a bit harsh and selfish but I just cant stay here; too many painful memories here.  I just smiled at Kit.

     

    I looked at my watch.  I still have an hour before I have to meet with Miss Valentine.  I looked up and saw Alice walked in the Planet.  She looks pretty busy, like something VERY important is at hand.  And after a few seconds Shane walked in.  Shane, Shane, Shane who wouldve thought  Alice turned around to see Shane walking towards her and she quickly turned back around covering her mouth as she speaks into the phone.  Hmm what the ***** was that?  I looked again trying to see what was going on.  As Shane reached Alice and placed her hand on Alices shoulder, Alice nearly jumped and put her cell in her bag.

     

    I couldnt hear what they were talking about but I saw the concern and disappointment in Shanes eyes.  What is going on here?  I know I havent been here for a long time but

     

    Kit:  Here you are baby sis.  Enjoy your food

     

    Bette:  Hey Kit, what is going on over there?

     

    I pointed at Shane and Alice.  Kit looked over.

     

     

    Kit:  I dont know baby sis.  But it looks like

     

    Bette:  Alice is in trouble again I mean just look at Shane

     

    Kit:  Yup well you know Alice.  Shes probably trying to do good but ended up at the wrong end of the stick eh?

     

    Bette:  Yeah I guess youre right.  This looks lovely Kit.  Thanks.
