Linda: ok what’s going on… something sounds fishy…
Tina: Mom… sit down…
Bette: we have something to tell you and we want you to keep it to yourself…
Linda: I’m listening…
Tina: Mom I’m pregnant… we took a home pregnancy test a little over an hour ago…
Bette: and it was BLUE… we are pregnant…

Linda: So you’re already pregnant… I’m going to be a grandma…
Tina: yes and yes…
Linda jumps up and they all hug…
Linda: OMG… I can’t believe it… that was quick… gee Bette your a good shot…
Tina: in more ways then one… now mom please don’t tell anyone… I’m barely one month… and I don’t want to jinx anything…
Bette: but we knew we had to tell you… so your the first to know that’s its official that is…
Linda: ok who else did you tell unofficially…
Bette: well I told Kit and Tina told Jill…
Tina: well Jill actually told me I was… she guessed… but mom that’s it no one else knows a thing… and we want to tell everyone together…
Bette: well not dad… I think we should tell him before the others…
Linda: well I could mention it to him if you want…
Tina: no way… I want to tell him in person… so please mom don’t say a word…
Linda: I promise… so when are you due…
Tina: about the first week in April…
Linda: (again hugging her daughter)… I am so happy baby…
When Linda finally calmed down they all sat back down and finished breakfast…
Tina: I love these bagels and this cream cheese…
Bette just smiled…
Tina: what… your looking at me funny… what’s the problem…
Bette: No problem baby… but these are the same bagels your mom brings all of the time… but now you are eating them like your making love to them…
Tina: you know I could take you…
Linda: hey… that’s enough… I’m sitting right here… just eat your bagel…
Tina: Later babe…
Linda: so on a lighter note… any names picked out… and are you hoping for a boy or a girl…
Bette: oh its a girl…
Linda: now I know things have changed… but does that test tell you the sex of the baby…
Tina: no it doesn’t…. but Bette’s been saying all along that its a girl… so
Linda: that’s all fine and well but Bette… what happens if its a boy…
Bette: I have no problem with the baby being a boy… but this one is a girl… my baby Tee…
Linda: are you supposed to notify the donor that it took…
Tina: No… Mom he signed over all rights…
Linda: I know I was just wondering how it worked, I would hate for him to show up some day and say your kids are his kids…
Bette: we can almost grantee you that won’t happen… we went by the book and the law is on our side…
Bette: lets hops laws don’t change… so what about a name… or is it baby Tee…
Tina: we don’t know yet…
Linda: well you have plenty of time to decide… and please decide on a boys name also…
Bette: we have the first boy’s name all picked out…
Linda: really are you going to share…

MG when you say that you’re bringing drama, you really come hard with it. This should be interesting on the heart (attack) but please don’t let Candance, the happy homewrecker, come between our girls. The drama is good as long as they stay where they belong.

Hey AMG, Great to have another delicious post for you. Linda was great and so happy about the new. Loved the discussion re the baby’s sex. Then getting the gang together to help clear out was inspired. Linda just said the right things to Dana and showed her that some parents do support and comfort their kids. Then to bring Nasty Candy-Ass in the the mix. Brilliant is switching her attraction to Tina. I think that we are in for a bump ight so bring it on! WOnderful writing and creative plotting.
