Bette opens the door to the sweetest sound that she has ever had the pleasure of hearing Tina’s steady shallow breathing she slowly moves towards the bed BANG ***** ME she hits her big toe on the corner of some piece of furniture trying not to make a sound a very disgruntled Bette attempted to get in the foreign bed without disturbing Tina she needed to be with her even if they were not wrapped up in each other’s arms she managed to lay facing Tina who had her back to her at least I can rest knowing we are together
Morning came Tina woke with a mouth that smelled like rotten tree bark and the taste of well you really don’t want that description and a head that felt like she had a nail in it she started to move realizing that she was not alone she laid on her back and turned her head seeing Bette sleeping on her back with her left hand on her chest Tina studied the rise and fall of her sleeping beauty’s chest and couldn’t help but notice that her ring was not on her finger she moved closer realizing that she as staring at some kind of thick cream covering the finger she smelled it and realized what it was
Bette knows when Tina is in a hundred mile radius let alone a sniff away she opens her eyes with a smile on her face Morning baby I.
Tina places her hand on Bette’s left hand which remained on her chest and interrupts her you don’t have to explain I know why you’re here and I must say in a strange way I am a little flattered
Bette: You are by this time Tina’s head is back on the pillow facing Bette a bit embarrassed and bashful unable to make eye contact I am so sorry baby sometimes I just let my insecurities about your past with men get the best of me I mean I know you love me I never doubted that my ego just gets in the way and I always seem to think the worst even thought in my heart I know that I am the love of your life and you are the love of mine

well what can i say… i typed 14 pages on my micro soft word and it only came up as 1 page… other times i post 5 pages and it comes up 5 pages on this site… who knows…
Never doubted ya. :) Thort the last chappy was great, as with this one. Jus knew that Bette would overreact like she did. Everyone gets jealous. Please keep posting, we love ya!! :D
Hello Amanda: Public Drunkness shows complete lack of respect for that individual and other’s around her. It was nice to see the communication between them to resolve the situation. Looking forward to the next one. Excellent As Always.

Just caught up on all the chapters since I was away last week on vacation. Of course I trust you, Amanda. Trust really is a everything in a relationship. It seems tha Alice did a good thing this time in holding Bette back. Hey, I can’t agree with you more on your Author’s Note. A big “Thank You” to Janice as well for the last few chaters.. Hey girl! I am still around and reading! I am just bogged down with work, and can only print and read late at night, but I had to spare the time to comment….And of course, I trust you, and know that you will not have these two fighting or apart for too long. I loved the chapter, especially the fact that they were able to work it out. It’s good that Bette didn’t decide to be like Tina and go to bed angry and alone. These two so belong together. I love the connecting and learning about each other, which they really need to do before moving on. I am looking forward to their next step. May I put in a request for when things progress further? Did I SAY I didn’t trust you? lol Obviously things aren’t always what they seem, hence why spoilers shouldn’t be taken as absolute truth (even if that ends up being the case). My issue was the drunkenness and being loud. I just don’t deal well with drunk people due to an event or two from a few years ago. But thank God this Bette is actually willing to talk to Tina about her doubts and fears. It’s a nice escape from what I usually read.
Trust you? Of course…which leads me to believe you’re up to something. LOL. Kidding…trust – yes. Really like that Bette thought it through and went to Tina. Tina’s right, they need to have open communication when their insecurities come up. Please continue.

Please check your pm’s. This chapter just goes to show you that you should hear the other person out before you jump to conclusion. Bette would have made a fool out of herself if she has appreached Scott and Tina that night. Scott would have probably understood, but Tina would have been mortified. Great stuff Amanda :o)
