tegan: "there!" she pointed and looked back at tina with a smile "isn’t that the most amazing woman you have ever seen in your entire life?!"

tina: "actually yes, she is extremely attractive" tina said comfortably and without hesitation.

tegan enjoyed her show without interruption. as instructed tina kept her questions and her comments till after the credits had rolled. surprisingly tina found the program quite interesting. the lesbian world was as dramatic as it was humorous.

tina: "uh, so is she going to just sleep with all of them and not pick anybody in the end?"

tegan: "i wouldn’t be surprised. none of those girls are that cute anyway."

tina: "that doesn’t mean it’s ok to lead them on, some of those girls really seem to care for her. what about the blond girl? i thought she was funny"

tegan: "oh tina, they’ve only known her for what like three weeks now. lesbians fall in love on the first date. by blond girl you mean alice? ha, that will never happen, she’s too crazy for bette"

tina: frowned "well you still have feelings don’t you. she’s going to meet her match someday, someones going to break her heart and she’s going to see how it feels. looks can only get you so far."

it had been about two weeks since bette had finished filming the show. in the end she infact did pick alice, the lunatic journalist from palm springs. it was defiantly not because they hit it off and fell in love but because they are formed a good friendship behind the scenes. from the moment they met, the two women knew they would kill each other if they dated. when the show wrapped and the hype calmed down, bette went back to her old ways filtering through the shallows of west hollywood. this time she had alice behind her trying to settle down and pick up the peices.

bette made her way through the planets saturday morning crowd and found alice buried in her lap top.

bette: "are their more people here than usual?" she said squeezing into her chair

alice: "you are all over the place bette! you have a fan page, your one of the hottest people on the chart, this is just crazy"

bette flashed a weary smile to a group of girls where were staring and waving at the beautiful brunette.

bette: "i knew i never should have gone on that show, i told kit it would bring nothing but trouble" she huffed

kit appeared from, which seemed like thin air with a hot cup of tea for her disgruntled baby sister.

kit: "no baby girl, it would have been a good idea if you would have just stopped being picky, developed some emotions, and not slept with every girl on the show."

alice: "well she’s already slept with everyone in west hollywood, why not expand her horizons" she quipped from behind her coffee mug.

kit: "someday baby sister, your going to find someone that’s going to rock your world and you’ll be an amateur all over again." she patted bette on the back and left her with that thought to ponder.
