    CHAPTER 3: “Bette and Angelica view Bette’s photo album, and of course she has more questions to ask,therefore Henry becomes jealous of Tina’s interest in Bette’s happiness, and Tina asks Bette out on a date” A Bette and Tina beginning

    “I am happy. She’s my daughter’s mother. Why wouldn’t I be happy that you saw her?”, Tina asked. She bent down and tied her shoe.

    “because, she hurt you, and she’s a fucking selffish woman who wants everything for herself”, Henry replied.

    “that was then Henry”, Tina replied. She walked over to the mirror and checked herself out in her jogging suit. “Bette changed. She’s not that same woman she was four years ago. I’ve seen her with the baby, and she’s incredible. She’s an excellant care taker, and a reliable provider. She got her life back on track. I’m proud of her”, Tina adds.

    “the way your talking sounds like your falling for her all over again”, Henry replied.

    “don’t be serious. Bette and I, had come to an understanding, that she and I, would care for our daughter. We never talked about getting back together, and besides I don’t think she would ever pursue me, if I had given her the chance too”, Tina replied.

    “I disagree. I saw the way she looks at you, and the looks she gives is not a look you’ll receive from a friend. She wants you back Tina, and slowly but surely she’s thinking of someway to wiggle herself back in, and continue where she left off with you”, Henry replied.

    “I don’t think so”, Tina replied. She walked over to Henry and kissed him on the cheek. “I’ll be back soon”, Tina adds.

    “don’t I get a kiss on the lips?”, Henry asked. “I thought we were together”, Henry adds.

    “we are”, Tina replied.

    “well, if we are, then prove it. Kiss me right now”, Henry asked.

    “I can’t. I have a cold sore on my lip, and I would hate to pass on my minor disease to you. It’s so not me”, Tina replied.

    “Tina, with all the medications in the store to cure cold sores, why would it bother me that you’d kiss me?”, Henry asked.

    “well, it might not bother you, but it bothers me, so I’m sorry I don’t feel confortable with kissing you on the lips right now. I’d rather refrain, and do it at another time”, Tina replied. She checked her watch and gazed up at Henry. “I gotta go. I’m suppossed to meet Dana in a few. I’ll catch you later. If you need me just call me on my cell”, Tina adds.

    7. love that kid… and henry is a dick with ears… get rid of him and get bette and tina back together… i hope he doesn’t come to the party… is that why tina wants the party at bette’s… hmmmmmmmmmm

    8. LMAO@Amanda’s “dick with ears” comment. It’s so obvious that Angelica gets her smarts from Bette. Angelica will probably be a negotiation queen when it comes to getting punished for breaking rules when she’s a teenager.

    15. This story is just so sweet. It is so neat that it is Angelica that is trying get Bette and Tina back together. Do I get a hint that Henry is jealous about Tina’s response to Bette. He better not push Tina or she will be running back to Bette faster than an Olympic runner can run. Of course I hope that he makes an a$$ of himself and that Tina makes a beeline to Bette’s door and bed.

    16. Hey CFTW, you are making fantastic progress with these folks. Tina actually stepped up and asked Bette out. Great. And this kid…Angelica… she’s just pushing her parents together, alll the time. More power to her. Can’t wait for the next chapter.
