Alice paid the driver and quickly ran to the familiar car. She didn’t know what to do besides waiting for the driver to come. She hoped it would be Dana. She paced back and forth at the side of the car. When she turned over she was shock as she saw a handsome young man standing right in front of her.
"Hey, may I know what are you doing at the side of my car?"
"Huh? This is your car?" Alice pointed at the car, looking slighly disappointed as the driver was not Dana.
"Yeah, it’s that a problem?"
"Ohh, no I thought my friend was driving the car. I’m so sorry."
"Huh? Your friend is?"
"Dana, Dana Fairbanks. And I am Alice Pieszecki." Alice stuck her hand out.
A smile immediately crept up across the handsome man’s lips.
"Hey, I’m Harrison, Dana’s counterpart at LA Hospital." he shook Alice’s hand and looked at her up and down, which made her blushed.
"Wow, good catch Fairbanks, I must say." Harrison grinned. Alice face became reddened at the remarks. But she was worried about Dana and wanted to know whether Dana contacted Harrison after the morning incident.
"Hmm, Harrison, do you, I mean, did Dana call you today?" Alice looked intently at Harrison, hoping him to say yes.
"Hmm, yes, she said you guys had a fight?" Harrison looked at Alice.
Alice nodded and looked down at her feet. Harrison smiled at her.
"Don’t worry. She was just upset and wanted to tell someone about it. She told me she’s fine and would probably go for a run at Runyon Canyon. Have you gone to the hotel room to look for her?"
"Yes, I had. But she was not there." Harrison could tell from Alice’s voice that she was upset.
"I think she is probably on her way back now. Just wait for one more hour. Do you want me to send you to the hotel?"
"Ohh, no thanks. I think I’ll go there later. However, thanks for your offer. And nice to meet you, Harrison."
"Yeah, nice to meet you too. Dana talked a lot about you" Alice raised her eyebrow right after the statement. Harrison laughed and shook his head.
"On good things, for sure. She loves you very much and just can’t stop talking about you." Alice blushed again as Harrison looked at her.

Well done, uhhuh!!! I am so glad that they finally caught up with each other. Nice detail with the ring. A should be totally elated. This was fun and joyful to read. Doing a HDD now. I thought you did a great job with their conversation. Am I right that D was more in love with A. It really appeared that way. Nonetheless, it was a happy day. Can’t wait to find out their families’ reaction. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
No way can Alice let Dana leave for London…Please…love the update
Woo hoo! I was thinking about this story today and hoping for an update. Love Alice’s detective work in tracking Dana down. I guess she always had that reporter streak. I’m a little miffed at Alice. I think she should have been a bit more contrite with Dana. That being said… I did get all mushy inside at Dana’s words to Alice and that everything is out in the open. Too sweet that Dana was wearing the ring around her neck. And I guess there is no question about them being compatible physically. Hot! I have a feeling that Dana has opened a can of worms with her statement about London. Should be interesting to see what happens next. Great job, uhhuh. Thanks!!
