    Time to see what Angie has been doing while Lyndsay makes her visits…….

    The artist simply stood and stared at the confident young woman before him. Smiling, he simply stated “You are indeed Bette Porter’s daughter.”

    Angie smiled back, thanked him for his time and made her way to the door. As she reached for the handle, she heard a voice behind her “How does next week work for you?”

    Stopping in her tracks Angie wasn’t sure she heard correctly. Before she turned to face Giovanni, she quickly gathered herself to contain her emotions. “Excuse me?”

    “I will be in the US late next week, and would like a personal tour of your gallery so that we can begin to prepare for my show. Is that possible?”

    Angie was stunned. Was this really happening? Did Giovanni Toscana really just say ‘prepare for my show’? Quickly re-grouping she responded “Yes…….Yes, of course, just name the day and the time you are available. I will ensure that my schedule is cleared to accommodate your visit.”

    “Very good, I will have my assistant contact your office to make the arrangements. And please, call me Giovanni, Mr. Toscana is my father.”

    The two shook hands, and Angie turned to make her way back to the hotel. Once outside to the street she let out a very loud “YES!!! YES YES YES….OMG….I DID IT…..GIOVANNI TOSCANA IS COMING TO MY GALLERY…….I FREAKIN DID IT!!!!! Quickly she pulled out her phone to call Bette. Without even considering the time difference, she quickly dialed the familiar number.

    “Hello?”

    “Momma B……..I DID IT!!!!! Giovanni Toscana is coming to New York next week and asked for a personal tour of my gallery. He said he wants to do a show at my gallery. He hasn’t even seen the gallery yet but I did it, I damn well did it…can you believe it, I still can’t believe he is coming to New York to see my gallery.”

    Bette couldn’t believe what she was hearing. The excitement in Angie’s voice was refreshing. Her daughter was so excited that she could hardly get a word in edgewise.

    Once Angelica seemingly paused to take a breath Bette got her chance to relay how proud of her she was and the excitement in her own voice was evident. “Really, that’s great sweetie. I am so proud of you. I just knew you would charm him enough to get his attention.”

    2. Ok so a smaller cliffy but I think I can live with this one. The other two killed me. I love this couple they are just so cute. Thanks for bringing this story back. Can’t wait to see what Lyndsay has planned plus Angie’s cabin get-away. I just love how much they care for each other.

    9. Wow, I’ve been away for awhile, and am just finding some time to catch up, and what do I find? One of my favorite writers decided to do a follow up on one of the best stories written. Lovin this as much as I did the original. They are too cute. Looking forward to the next update.
