Their lips immediately merged once again and this time began to devour one another. At times their tongues were in a frenzied dance and then delicately teased and sensually explored one another. Bette kept one hand on Tina’s back and cupped the blonde’s face gently with the other. She smiled into their kiss as she felt Tina’s hands grip her hips tightly to pull Bette even closer.
As much as Bette wanted it to continue, she knew she only had so much willpower. Bette did not want to risk pushing Tina into anything she was not fully prepared for. Bette was willing to wait, however long it took, for Tina Kennard to be completely ready for her. She swirled her tongue around Tina’s mouth one last time and reluctantly pulled away.
Both women were left absolutely breathless. They stood together in silence as each woman tried to regain their breathing and sorted the many thoughts swirling in their minds.
Bette still had one hand on Tina’s back and with the other, gently tucked a loose strand of blonde hair away from Tina’s eyes. ‘Jesus, Tina! You cannot kiss me like that and tell me you’re straight!’
Tina’s hands remained on Bette’s hips thinking, ‘What an absolute mind blowing kiss. Fuck, Bette Porter…I’m so a lesbian!
The night was still young as dessert had yet to be eaten…
With Tina still comfortably wrapped in her arms, Bette finally broke the silence. “So…are you ready for something to really tantalize your taste buds?”
For an instant, Tina panicked. ‘Oh shit! Is that lesbian code for sex?’
Bette noticed the wide eyed expression on Tina’s face and quickly reassured her, “The crew has set up dessert in the formal dining room. Are you up for that, Tee?”
Tina was embarrassed that the thought entered her mind. Bette had done nothing all evening except reassure and make her feel safe. Tina had no reason to doubt her intentions and answered with a smile. “Absolutely.”
Bette turned toward the direction of formal dining area and held out her hand. “Shall we?”
Tina placed her hand in Bette’s. “Of course.” Tina could not suppress the wide grin on her face at how their hands fit perfectly together.

Hello my friend – thanks for the remote – I promise to keep it where you can get at it :) I wish IC had given us more than the crap she gave us. We never really had B&T talking about their feelings at all – just little bits here and there sigh! And please don’t get me started on Season 6 – worse worse one next to season 3. Sigh! Anyways, this was a great chapter roomie. Love the dessert that was served up here and the kisses where Hot!hot! hot! man what a variety and I can’t wait to see the other great selections there are :) What can I say you can so write, girl:).
