A crush, a meeting then love?? – Chapter 44

“You don’t have to be sorry. Take care of her, I’ll be fine, cold but fine” Bette says with a little laugh.
“Could you come down with my suitcase later?” Tina asks.
“Yes, I will.” Bette replies. Tina hears another sound from the bathroom.
“I have to go, see you later, I love you.” Tina says and hangs up before Bette is able to reply. She rushes back to the bathroom with the glass.
Jessie has her head in the toilet bowl now. Tina fills the glass with water and set it down on the sink. She then get down on the floor and holds Jessie’s hair up.
Jessie starts to cry a little.
“I’m sorry I got sick.” She says between the throw ups.
Tina just rubs Jessie’s back gently.
“It’s okay.” Tina says in a soft voice trying her best to comfort her.
After few more minutes Jessie feels like she’s done She slowly stands up with the help of Tina. They walk into the bedroom/Livingroom. She helps Jessie into bed and under the covers. She takes a seat next to her on the bedside. She stays there until she falls asleep. She then slowly gets up and takes out her cell phone. She dials Bette’s number again.
“Hi, babe.” Tina says.
“Hey, how is she?” Bette asks.
“She’s asleep right now. I think I’ll come up for a little while. Are you in your room?” Tina asks.
“Yeah, I am, I’m just relaxing on the bed.” Bette says.
“I’ll be right up.” Tina says and hangs up.
She checks on Jessie one more time then quietly walks out.
A few minutes later she knocks on Bette’s door and walks in. Bette is still relaxing on the bed. She lay on her side, facing the door. She smiles at the sight as Tina enters.
Tina walks right over to the bed and lay down beside Bette, facing her.
Bette takes Tina’s hand in hers. They look at each other in silence, smiling.
“I can’t wait to next year.” Bette says after a few minutes of total silence.
“Me neither.” Tina whispers back. “I’m so lucky to have you.” Tina adds and leans in for a kiss. Bette moves her hand behind Tina’s head and pulls her closer.
Then the phone rings

Tina does has her hand full, but for some reason I am a little suspecious of Jessie. Something just does not seem to be quite right with her or her foster father.
Really love this story. Hopefully Lara and Jessie will get along leaving time for Bette & Tina to be alone. Can´t wait to see which direction you´ll be leading us in the chapters to come. Please post soon.

Thanks for the post. Pleasantly surprised to find it. Tina definitely has her hands full…she trying to take care of a sick Jessie and trying to be with Bette. I agree with cpq…there’s something bothering me about Jessie. I’m not quite sure why, but something doesn’t seem right. Please do continue.

oh my to much stuff for Tina to handle..and Stephanie´s husband will be a problem to Jessie dosent he? but Tina will be there for her..and Tina is a natural mother she will be a great mom and Bette as well..amazing chapter as always thanks :o)
