“You need her too. You lost someone too. Don’t forget each other in all this. Be there for each other.”
“We will.
“Off course.”
“Thank you. I’ll call Dana now.” Bette says.
“Tell Tina, that we’re thinking about her.”
Bette then dials Dana’s number.
“Hi, Bette, how’s
“Dana” Bette says but stops.
“Bette?” Dana says in a worried voice.
“Yeah Dana I Tina lost We lost the baby.” Bette says as tears once again runs freely down her cheeks.
“Oh Bette, I’m so sorry, how are you doing?” Dana asks.
“I’m doing okay I” Bette stops again.
“Bette, is there something more?” Dana asks. She knows Bette to well. She can hear it in her voice that she’s holding back on something.
“I promised Tina I wouldn’t say anything.” Bette says.
“Bette if you feel like sharing, I won’t tell anyone. If it’s something big, don’t hold it in. talk about it.” Dana says.
“They found something when they did the ultrasound.” Bette says and stops as she wipes away some tears. “They found a tumour.” Bette finally lets out.
“Oh my God, Bette” Dana is speechless for a second. “Where is it?” Dana asks.
“It’s located in one of her ovaries. They are running tests on her now. They are hoping to get the results back later tonight.” Bette says.
“Oh God, how is Tina?” Dana asks.
“She’s She got two bad news within a period of three minutes. It’s devastating for her for the both of us.” Bette says. “Look, I have to get back, she’s coming back really soon, and I promised her that I would be there when she got back.” Bette says.
“Off course. Go be with her. Bette I’m so sorry. Call me if you need anything.” Dana says.
“Thanks, I will. And Dana, don’t tell anyone about the other thing, okay?” Bette says. “Tina wants to tell Shane and Alice herself.” Bette says.
“Off course, I won’t. Tell Tina I’m thinking about her. And you Bette. Stay strong, lean on each other.” Dana says.
“I will. Thanks Dana.” Bette says and they hang up.
Bette walks back inside and back to the room. Tina wasn’t back yet. She takes a seat in the chair by the window. She starts to cry again.

i like this story altho i hve not commented but this chapter seems really sad – golly the things these two have gone thru so far since the start of the story – wonder why all the writers love to weave such melodramatic and hurt and hospitals scenes. I hope that this is the last of tragedies for these two ppl and from now it be happy moments.

Why, why why do they have to endure all these hardships? Not to mention it’s excruciating for the readers as well. I do love the story though. I just know you WON’T let there be cancer — please!!!! Looking forward to the next post/chapter.

Lauren…what a really sad chapter. B & T lose the baby and now a possible tumor in her ovaries…what DRAMA !! Let’s hope it’s not too bad. And Al and Dana are right…they need to be there for one another. This is happening to both of them. Thanks for the DRAMA, Lauren.

It’s amazing how just written words can conjure up such real feelings, even though we know no it’s fiction. This chapter has caused me to shed some tears for B/T, and while reading it, I’m hoping that somewhere down the road, these two are going to experience happiness, equal to the pain they are feeling now. Please, can these two get a break somewhere?! I’ve been reading all along, just haven’t been commenting, which I’m sorry for. But, please, can we please get these two pregnant….have a happy healthy baby, and have some great family moments? Please, pretty please!!!

youj said a little drama this is king size drama and it’s the holidays for us there is enough saddness in the world right now to keep us in tears for many years –please let us have some happiness soon- ypur story is great but i don’t think most of us have this many events happening to us in such a short time span- can’t wait for next chapters
