“Ash,” Spencer called out catching Ashley’s attention. “I love you too.” Even in the dark, Spencer could see Ashley smile before departing. Immediately after she left the tent, she began making out with Aiden. The sight alone made the blonde want to puke again but she didn’t. She lay down to fall asleep.

Spencer suddenly found herself in a familiar car, in the familiar back, with the all too familiar man. “Stop” Spencer yelled as the man above her went harder and harder. She bit the lip that was attached to her until it bed. The man raised the back of his hand and swung it across her face. “Stop, please” Spencer begged.

“You worthless slut” The guy said as she cried.

“Spencer” Ashley’s soft voice came from far away. “Spencer, baby its okay, I’ve got you.” Spencer woke up to find herself in Ashley’s arms. Ashley and Aiden were the only ones who knew about that experience and the dreams it caused. Ashley was always the one to wake her from it in a comfortable place. Spencer balled into Ashley’s shoulder as she softly cooed sweet phrases to make the blonde feel safe.

Ashley ran her fingers through the blonde hair once again until Aiden called after her. “Ash, I’m not stable enough to know where this will land, so give me your cheek.” Ashley giggled and turned her face and lowered it so that Spencer could kiss it.

Within the next half hour, Spencer was out on a blanket in the dirt with a blanket over her. She was afraid to fall asleep again, but she did. And the same dream came back. And once again, the half naked Ashley came to cuddle. “Baby” Aiden called again.

“Aiden, I am busy! Go order pizza or something!” Ashley yelled, but in a soft voice. Aiden and Boz walked up to the highway and called for pizza. Ashley tangled her legs with Spencer’s and began running her fingers through the blonde hair once again. “Its okay baby girl, I’ve got you. Nothing’s gonna get to you now. I promise.”

“Ash?” The blonde asked receiving a ‘yes baby?’ “Why won’t it stop?”
