The King High Killer – (Chapter: Chapter 11 Eleven, Die and Go to Heaven)

“Lily caught me up to speed on everything and while I think you’re all crazy, I’m willing to help out in anyway.” Carmen mumbled with her head resting on her good arm as Lily drew hearts on the Latina’s cast. The four girls sat at a table in the back of the empty library with the file copies and their own notes littering the surface.

“Gee, Mendez, how big of you.” Ashley replied. Before Carmen could snap back, Spencer put her hand up to stop the girl.

“Bigger picture here guys! We have a killer to catch, possibly more than one.” As she spoke, Spencer pulled out the latest version of the Halloween dance list and placed it on the table. “I got the secretary to print this out for me this morning and during my study I cross-referenced possible targets.”

“What’s the damage?” Ashley asked, wincing slightly as she said it in fear she was about to find out that the Killer had many potential victims of King High.

“Maybe six,” Spencer breathed out in anxiety as she ran a shaky hand through her disheveled hair.

“Three of those six people wouldn’t by any chance be sitting at this very table would they? Ashley grumbled as she slumped back in her chair.

“As a matter of fact, they are.”

“Why only six, I was expecting more than that. And besides the three of us, who else?” Lily asked, capping her pen as sitting straighter in her chair.

“Oh, there are plenty more students that could be potential targets, but my criteria was based off of who bought a ticket for the dance and who didn’t.”

“But Lil and I are going.”

“Yeah, Carmen…with each other. You’re going in the gay capacity, therefore your severe gayness makes you a moving target.” Ashley snapped.

“Back to the point, what other students and why only six?” Lily asked Spencer as she placed her hand on Carmen’s arm to prevent her from fighting with Ashley.

“Zac Yards; he’s gay, Debbie Garner; huge slut, and; Brenda Car, huge slut. None of them are going to the dance and they are all notorious outcasts. So far the Killer as been going after the obvious and with four days until the Halloween dance I’d say he’s running out of time to hit everyone. I think those three are in the most danger.”

    1. (SQUEEEE!!!) sooo glad you’re still writing this! hell, i’m overjoyed when you write anything. i feel like i’ve hit a plateau with the compliments. at this point, after reading and loving every SON story you’ve written, like fifty times, i hope it’s enough to just reiterate that i truly appreciate your time and talent :)

    2. okay first of all…i hate you. you made me wait forever and i don’t appreciate it. BUT…i do appreciate this update and everything about it. i need the next two updates….NOW. damn you, you make me crave each of your stories so that i don’t know which one i want you to work on. you had me all about the glee fic and now i just want to read the rest of this. i’m sure once the glee fic comes out i’m going to want that to be continued. damn your mind games! it was just so good, and who is this rude killer? what do the files say? why are two people chasing them? who has access to the police head quarters. i’m not budging on my theory that it’s one of the adults… marie or mr. carlin. if it’s one of the police officers or coroners i’m going to be pissed that i didn’t see it sooner. once again, damn your mind games. text me when you read this so i can yell at you further.

    3. holy freakin hell it’s about time! I’ve been dying for this update, literally ready to scream at the computer willing it to appear. but anyway let’s see. wow so much is going on. I gotta say the whole “You may not know who I am, but I know who you are” has me thinking hard. and what the hell is up with the files for the ‘rents I would like to know. hmm, the student body now knows all of what spence and ash know, and the protege seems to have a soft spot for spence. I don’t quite know what to make of the 2 people outside of the Zee’s house. maybe it was the killer and the protege, maybe it was someone pulling a very twisted prank. kinda rude for Mr Zee not to wait for spence and ash though, geesh. buy alas, we’re coming to the ending. and that is sooo sad, but I’ll be glad to know what the hell is going on and the killer’s motives (hidden or otherwise) and all that. ahhh the ending here was so great, although I was really really hoping that spence would step up and confess her love for ash. guess I gotta wait for that. glad to know we’ll be getting the rest before Halloween. psyched for it!! awesome job mighty Stix!
