That’s What You Get I Guess…

I fell to the ground shaking crying “Jeremy!” I kept yelling through my tears and Spencer and Becca stay kneeled to the ground with me and I had my head resting against Spencer’s chest

“he’s gonna be ok ash…he’ll be ok…” Spencer said

“stop thinking he wont be ok Ashley…” Becca demanded from me then I looked at her and got up

“above all people Becca! You know what I’ve been through in this hospital! You were there when my dad died! I’m sorry if I’m not feeling fucking optimistic!” I snapped at her then Becca stayed on the floor with the strength she needed for both me and her fading away

Spencer’s POV:

Ashley snapped at Becca, then got up and walked away into her sister’s hospital room, and I stood there and Becca stayed on the floor

“I understand that Ashley may need you here with her now, but once this is over…once both Jeremy and Kyla walk out of here…I want you out of our life.” I told her then I walked after Ashley and stood in the doorway of Kyla’s room

“hey Ky…” Ashley said to her unconscious sister lying in the hospital bed “…so it’s kind of a mess right now, and I need you to come back and fix it…I know you’re gonna be ok, but I just don’t know what to do without you here…and wherever you are right now…if you’re with Jeremy or something…tell him I need you both here…I love you both so much…you’re the only real family I have left…” she finished starting to cry

“ash…” I said softly standing in the doorway

“oh hey…” she said whipping a tear from her face then I walked over to her

“…tell me he’s gonna be ok spence…please…” she begged me, but I didn’t know what to say…I had been in hospitals before, like when my brother died, and it never ended well…

“he’ll be ok…he needs to be ok…” I said putting my hands on ashley’s shoulders

A few minutes later a nurse came in to check on Kyla

“um have you heard anything on Jeremy?” Ashley asked
