(Rain Fall Down)
I get up from the sofa and feel light headed. I guess it’s time I stop drinking for now. I feel like I’m turning into my father but ever since Spencer left I really don’t fucking give a shit. I shake my head and think about how much it’s torn me up to lose her. I feel my phone buzz again and I this time I pick up.
“God dammit Marcus I’m on my way!” I yell into the phone.
“Well that’s good because we’re all waiting Ash,” I hear that voice. That voice, that mesmerized me all those years ago. That voice that makes my heart melt…
15 years ago:
It’s been a week since we moved in and I met Spencer. Oh Spencer, how I’ve been thinking about her. I haven’t actually talked to her since that day. I’m scared to okay! I mean I’ve never met a girl like this. I’ve never met someone that could just take my breath away with one look. I mean even thinking about her makes me weak in the knees.
“Oh Ashleyyyyyyyyy…” a sing songy voice rings through the air. I sit up on my bed and look at my door.
“Yes Kyla?” I say annoyed that she is bothering me and my thinking time.
“Someone’s here to see you big sis,” she says in the same voice. I love my sister but Jesus she is so happy all the time it’s sickening. Seriously, even though she never helps when we move that’s the only time I know she has another emotion. I slowly make my way off my bed and out the door. I love being secluded here on the top floor but it’s such a bitch to get down and back up. It took me like five minutes to get down stairs, what there are a lot of stairs, but I finally made it. When I got to the door no one was there. What the fuck Kyla?
“Kyyyyyyl….” I feel someone grab my arm and I jump sky high.
“Ahhhhh!” I hear giggles and I get lost in the sound.
“Seems like this is a new hobby of mine,” she says as she grabs me so I don’t fall. I grab my chest and steady myself.

Good chapter. I’m liking the transitions in and out of the flashbacks. That element adds to the story nicely.
