    “Well, I wasn’t the only one full of surprises that night.” Ashley grins as her mind came back from reliving her memory

    “Yeah, well. I learned from the best.” Spencer says blushing

    Ashley just smiled and kisses her wife gently on the lips and says, “Thanks. That was one of the best nights of my life.”

    “Mine too. That was the night I got you back. It was a very special night. I was finally happy again.” Spencer says softly

    “Me too, baby girl.” Ashley says as she kisses her once again

    Spencer just smiles and turns back to watch her kids talk about that year. She then turns back to her wife and says, “Those kids were so damn smart for their age and sneaky. I don’t know how we would of ended up if it wasn’t for them.”

    “I don’t either.” Ashley says solemnly

    “They’ve helped us so much. I just wish we could do something to help them.” Spencer says softly

    “I think this is helping. They are finally talking about the past. That’s a particular big step for Ashton.” Ashley says

    “I know but you know as well as I do that they haven’t touched the subject that they really need to discuss. The thing that made all three of them go into a depression and begin to do stupid things. You know maybe if that hadn‘t happened Ashton probably would of never had started taking drugs and she wouldn‘t of been raped by those bastards.” Spencer responds

    “Maybe or maybe not. We don’t know that. The bastards nephew was bent on revenge. He might of still gotten to her or any of them for that matter.” Ashley says softly

    “I don’t know. I just seems that, that was the catalyst that began this whole mess.” Spencer says

    “How it started doesn’t matter anymore. What matters is fixing this.” Ashley says

    “I know. I just wish it wasn’t happening.”

    “You and me both, baby girl.” Ashley says turning her attention back to her kids because something they were saying caught her attention.

    “So Ashey, are we getting through to you a little? Are you going to come home?” Alexis asks quietly

    Ashton is taken aback by the sudden change of subject. One minute they were talking about their first year in high school and the next she was being side swiped by a subject she really didn’t want to discuss.

    2. LOL, yea love-stoned, they’re turning into the mafia, lol. I’ve got so many questions, what’d Alexis and Kyla do to those idiots? What sent all of the kids into depression? And why is Ashton so afraid to go see her parents. Well, that’s only 3 questions, but still…it’s a lot, lol. Ash and Spence make up sex…HOTT! I just love this story, you write it so well and keep the readers (including me :]) coming back for more. Great update, PMASAP!!!!!!
