“OW!” She whipped around to face Ashley who was staring at her wide-eyed.
Looking down Spencer caught a glimpse of the girl’s snow-covered gloves. That confirmed it. She brushed the remains of a snowball from the back of her neck as she glared at Ashley.
“Did you just throw a snowball at me?” she asked, although she already knew the answer.
“Nooo,” Ashley answered innocently with shifty eyes.
Spencer scoffed. “Bullshit.” She bent down and scooped up some snow for herself. “It’s on now!”
“No! I’m sorry!” Ashley turned and tried to run the other direction – it was hard seeing as how the snow was knee high.
“Ashley, stop!”
“NO!”
“No, really! I wouldn’t run! You might—” Spencer cut herself off. She was about to tell Ashley that she would probably trip trying to run in the snow, but she found that it would be too funny to pass up.
Ashley continued to try and wade her way through the snow, as Spencer kept up with her, merely by walking.
Just like the blonde had predicted, Ashley didn’t pick up one of her legs high enough on one of her strides, so she fell face-first into the snow.
Spencer took the opportunity and bent down, starting to shovel large masses of snow onto the fallen girl, with her hands.
“Mercy!” Ashley yelled, her vision blurred by the floods of snow.
Spencer ceased her actions and hovered over the other girl. Laughing, she asked, “How’s the weather down there, Babe?”
“I don’t know. Why don’t you find out for yourself!” Ashley grabbed onto Spencer’s pant leg, and threw her off balance.
Yelping, the blonde also fell to the ground. Ashley quickly rolled on top of her and pinned her down.
Spencer let out a roar of laughter that could only be described as pure happiness and bliss. It made the brunette smile because it had been a while since she had seen her girlfriend this genuinely happy.
The blonde reached up and brushed some of the snow out of Ashley’s hair, as her laughter subsided. “Snow looks good on you, Ash.”
“Oh, does it now?”
“Yes, it’s like a fashion statement.”
Ashley chuckled, “Yeah, okay.”
“Did you know that when you’re cold, your nose gets a pink tinge to it?” Spencer observed and her eyes traveled her girlfriend’s face.

I’m so thankful you are updating this fan-freaking-tastic story. Have you ever noticed that Spencer and Ashley are never allowed intimate moments without getting interrupted, but when they’re with others no interruptions are forthcoming…it’s maddening. Anyway, what kind of secrets remain hidden in Easy’s bizarre mind? Great update…PMS!
