    Spencer looks back at prom and wihes she could do things differently…

    Kyla: You know she never chose Aiden. She told you countless times. Everyone told you. But you still went after her. You broke her down. You killed her day by day. You did this because of your selfishness.
    Spencer: I know. I’m sorry.

    Kyla: You’re not sorry. You can’t begin to feel sorry. That night you called her to come over. She asked me what I thought she should do. I told her to go. I thought maybe you were sorry, and I actually thought maybe you two could work your problems out. If I had known you were going to pull that stunt you did, I never would have sent her there.

    (Arthur, Paula, Glen and Clay walk over to Kyla and Aiden. Paula speaks first. Shocking everyone, including herself.)

    Paula: (turns to Spencer) What did you do Spencer?

    Kyla: Tell them Spencer!. Tell them how you made my sister show up at your house to watch you fuck your boyfriend in front of her. TELL THEM GOD DAMIT!

    Arthur: Spencer, that’s not true is it?

    (Spencer looks at he dad. He studies her face, and sees that it is true. He knows his daughter, and her eyes never lie. She looks away from her, and back to the casket than to Kyla.)

    Glen: Is it true?

    (Spencer looks at everyone in the room. Tears are falling more freely now.)

    Spencer: Yes. It’s true. I set her up. I made her come over and when she did, she saw me in bed with Jake.

    Glen: What the hell is wrong with you?

    Paula: I didn’t raise you like this Spencer. How could you do something so vicious?

    Spencer: I don’t know. At first I wanted her to hurt, but then I couldn’t stop. I am so sorry. I am so sorry.

    Kyla: Sorry, just doesn’t cut it. I will never forgive you for this. You are dead to me. Just like Ashley is. Leave!

    Spencer: Kyla…

    Kyla: Leave Spencer.

    Aiden: Maybe you should go.

    (Spencer looked at the casket once more, and then back at her family and friends. She hung her head, and walked out of the funeral parlor. She walked home, and packed a suitcase. She left. No note. Not nothing. She just up and walked out, never returning again.)

    2. Well i’m goad Kyla punched her…and these cliff hangers are killing me! I really love this story cause it gets a reaction out of me. Not many stories or books can get me to feel and this one does. I feel Ashley’s hurt and pain, Kyla’s anger and mourning, and Spencer’s regret and defeat. I love it! PMS!
