Alice wasnt sure if the giant foam finger that was still attached to her hungover, sleeping hand had actually hit the alarm clock or if she had managed to whack Shane with it. For that matter, she didnt even know why her shoe was beside her head and why the funny novelty was still being donned, all she knew is that the annoying screeching came to an abrupt halt that now only existed in her imagination and a familiar grumble escaped her mouth….it was morning.

The blonde groggily made her way out of the ‘living room’, into the kitchen. She looked around the apartment and sighed.

Alice couldn’t stand the thought of picking them all up and putting everything where it belonged, considering only half of them were hers.

The blonde smelled the familar smell of cigarette smoke coming from the balcony, carried by the light breeze that snuck its way through the cracked door. She made quick work of yanking an oversized sweatshirt from one of the boxes before padding into the kitchen to start the coffee pot.

Dana had known Gabe since freshman year and it wasnt exactly one of those normal meetings and neither one of them ever expected their friendship to develop like it did, especially since he was extremely cocky, competitive, and confident whereas the younger aspiring athlete was very insecure, quiet and reserved.

It was one of those accidental, probably should have never happened, and never should have developed this far type of situations. And all over a damn box of girl scout cookies

"Dana, hurry the hell up already. You made me get to your apartment exactly 3 hours ahead of time and now you are making me late. I am not even trying to cause some catastrophic collision on my way home."

"Gabe, just…shut up." The brunette said running down the hallway for one final light check "Eat a fucking cookie or something" shouting over her shoulder

The shaggy blond hair boy chuckled "Dana, i have your keys, i’m holding a flashlight so i can see my way through the damn place, now lets go. Its pretty safe to say that all of the fucking lights are off. I dont even see that little red devil from the microwave." pointing to the kitchen "And, i already had three rows of your beloved thin mints. Lets GO."
