    Die For Love

"I'd never given much thought to how I would die. Suddenly, every creature in the forest is deadly silent. Neither bird, beast nor insect make a noise. A predator is near." I awake to those very words every morning while dreading the rising sun and everything that this or any other day may bring me. Feeling as if I'm held in captivity with guards standing outside the place where I rest my head nightly. A castle I can not leave with out at least one guard with me to report back to my Father of my where abouts and what may have taken place while I was out. Promised to a man that I have never met nor cared to meet only for the sol purpose of two kingdoms forming a treaty of something I know has nothing to do with me. A lovless life to live for someone of my age. I would rather die in the place of someone I love then to be forever alive traped in a meaningless marriage. A heavey knock at my door snaped me out of my depressing daze. "Who is it?" I said still laying in my bad. "Princess Isabella your Father wishes to see you, are you proper?" Asked my head madien, Constence. "I am, you may enter." I grabed my silk robe from the wooden chair closes to my bed and walked over to my large window and stared outside as Constence entered. "Do you know what my Father wants with me, Constence?" I asked. "No miss I do not. My guesses would be in regards to your marriage. King Charles seems to be a bit happy about that now a days. I must get you dressed." "Run my bath, my Father can wait." I said still looking out of the window. "Yes miss." Constence bowed her head and then left my room. From a distance I seen a black carriage approaching the castle. As it got closer I knew it was Jacob. Head of security here at the castle. He stoped the horses and pulled out a body from the carriage. The body looked as though it was attacked by some sort of wild animal. I seen Jacob look up at me and smile. I glanced at him and then turned away from the window and headed to the warm bath that awaited me.
