Ride For You

Spencer Carlin walked to her last period class alone as she always did at King’s High. She had been attending the school for 5 months and had not met a real friend yet. She was really starting to Miss Ohio. At least back there she had her best Friend Gabby and her ex girlfriend Alex. She felt that her being gay was the main reason people avoided her at school, but she was not really concerned with that.

Her Last period class was English Lit and she sat all the way in the back so no one could pay much attention to her, not that they wanted to in the first place. Spencer was writing some noted off the board when Ashley Davies walked into the class. Ashley and Spencer did not really get along and neither knew why. Spencer first thought they would hook up when she found out Ashley was also gay, but after a while the two just started hating each other instead of liking each other. That did not stop Spencer or Ashley from stealing quick glances whenever they could. They both wanted to be more then enemies, but they couldn’t figure out how they became enemies in the first place.

“Nice of you to join us Miss Davies,” Mrs. Smith, stated.

“Well I couldn’t let the class go a whole day without seeing at least one hot person” Ashley responded while she walked in the class and took the last sit left, the one next to Spencer.

“Well as I was about to say before Miss Davies interruption,” Ashley rolled her eyes and looked at Spencer and frowned. Damn why does she have to be so hot.  “We are going to study the Renaissance by having a Renaissance fair. I am assigning you to work in groups of four. The names for your groups are written on the door. Please walk up here and look then get started getting to know your group members. This fair is a big portion of your grade. Get to going.”

Spencer walked to the door and looked. She was assigned to walk with Stacy, who was pretty cool, Amber, who she really didn’t know and Ashley Davies! Now that had to be a mistake. Why did D have to come after C?
