Ashley’s Pov

Spencer and I made love for hours on the beach. I finally had to call it quits. Me! Spencer was on fire tonight. She normally never lasted this long, but I eventually had to stop her and request a cuddle break. I think she was filed with so much energy, because she was excited about the engagement. I know I was. This was a dream come true for me. I finally had a ring on the love of my life. I nuzzled Spencer’s neck to get her attention.

Ash: “Maybe we should be heading home?”

Spe: “Why? I don’t want to leave your arms.”

Ash: “The sun is coming up. It’s only a matter of time before we aren’t the only ones here. I‘m actually surprised no one has showed up sooner.”

Spe: “You have a point. I guess we should get dressed.”

Ash: “I expect those clothes to come off again as soon as we get home. You know I love naked cuddles.”

Spe: “Of course. I wouldn’t have it any other way cutie.”

I stood up and offered Spencer my hand. She took it and I helped her to her feet. We got dressed in silence. Once we were fully clothed we both began to pick up the candles together. They were scattered everywhere and turned over due to our activities from the night. We both reached for the last candle at the same time and smiled when our hands brushed. We sat the candles in the middle of the blanket and we each grabbed two corners of the blanket. We folded it up and I threw it over my shoulder like Santa would his sack of toys. We walked back to the car and I dumped the blanket into the trunk. I sat in the drivers seat and began our journey back home.

Spe: “Ash, I don’t want you to go.”

Ash: “I don’t want to go either, but it’s just for a week.”

Spe: “I know, but I am going to miss nights like this when you are gone.”

Ash: “Oh, please. You have school. You wont even notice I’m gone.”

Spe: “So not true!”

I stuck my tongue out at her and we both laughed.

Ash: “You wont be alone. You will have Kyla when I’m gone.”
