Alice was at a record store checking out old and new records, and someone walked up to her.
“Hi, are you Alice Pieszecki?” Alice looked at the girl with the jet black hair that lay at her shoulders with bangs over her bright, blue eyes.
“Yeah,” she said weirdly.
“I’m Camille Barker. I saw one of your shows with your band. I love you guys. You’re great.”
Alice smiled. “Thank you Camille. I’m glad to see that the band has a fan.” Camille smiled at her.
“I thought I could ask you a question.”
“Sure, ask away.”
“I was wondering if you guys needed another band member. I can play guitar, keyboards, I can sing too. I can basically almost do anything.” Alice smiled at the girl’s enthusiasm.
“Well—I think we can use a keyboardist. I think the band wouldn’t mind a new band member.” Camille grinned. “But for you to show that you’re up for the challenge of being in our band, you have to play with us tonight at Krave at eight.”
“I’m up for the challenge.”
“All right, I’ll see you then.”

“You did what?” Helena looked at Dana.
“I told my mom that I was dating someone—a boy.”
“Have you told Alice about this?” Carmen took a drink of her soda.
“No,” Dana shook her head.
“Are you going to tell her?” Bette asked.
“Yeah I’m going to, but I’m afraid to. I don’t know what she might say.” Dana sighed heavily as she raked her fingers through her hair.
“It’s not that serious, she’ll understand. You just had to tell your mom that just to get her off your back.” Harrison chimed in, and Dana looked at him. He looked back at her. “I know that look and the answer is no. I’m not going to pretend to be your boyfriend.”
“Why not? It’ll be a great idea. You’re just pretending anyways right? Can you please just do this one favor for me? Please?”
“Why should I do it?” The girls watched this conversation go on.
“Because you are my best guy friend in the whole wide world, and you should just do it.” Harrison sighed, and Dana pouted. “Pleasssssssssssse?”

Hey Aki, I loved this chapter and the song was awesome and better that Shane had sang to too with so much feeling. But I see a forshadow named Kandi,,LOL. And I am kinda skeptical about this Cammi, could she be a new love interest for Jenny? Oh and as for Dana she will be in so much trouble with Al IMO,,,this was a great chapter and loved it!!

Whoa, D better watch out. Karma, dude! Hope it would not bite her back. Harrison was a true good friend to D. Camille joined the band. Yeh! Shane singing was priceless. The group was certainly growing. I can’t wait to read more how things would unfold. Great update. Thanks AKcb.

So excited to see another chapter on this story, Akcb! I am a bit concerned about Camille and how she is going to fit in with the group. I’m curious to see how Dana explains things to Alice. I do love Harrison. It’s always fun to see him pop up in stories. Thanks for the new chapter!
Dana better get her butt in gear and tell Al before someone else does. I hope harrison sticks to his side of the deal and helps out. Shane needs to chill her pants. Carmen is a good girllove the story Akira Keep it up
i love your story…i guess shane is going to give carmen a little bit of her own medicine with the bitter pill of jealousy…but i guess that means that shane actually cares
