You Can Always Remember What You Can Never Forget (Chap26)

This statement made Bette’s eye fill with tears.

"Tina I have loved you from the first day I met you and I never ever stopped and I know now that I never will. So even if your memory never comes back I will always work hard to make you feel my love."

The two collided again in a passionate kiss. This was a very good way to start the day. They laid on the lounger and kissed and held each other.

"God T- I could stay like this forever, but I do think we should talk. I love having you close to me like this, but I can’t lie I want all of you back. I want your full memory back and I feel like sharing stories and trying to feel past emotions will help you get your full memory back."

"I agree Bette- just don’t forget that for me you and I are brand new and in a brand new relationship you know that feeling when you can’t get enough of someone. That is what I’m experiencing now. I want to just be with you and be happy. I know we need to talk, but part of me wants to just enjoy this new and exciting feeling of falling in love."

"I know T- it’s tempting. Believe me that part of me wants to pick you up bring you to bed and make love to you all day, but then I think about after. how you might pull away again, or you might look at me and not have the love in your eyes. I’m sorry Tina, but I can’t give in to that side- not until we at least try to talk some things through ok?"

"Ok ok- you win. I’ll go get some coffee and breakfast ready if you wanna shower first."

"Ok that sounds perfect." Bette leans in and pecks Tina on the lips and hops up and heads to the shower.

Bette showers and meets Tina in the kitchen. she has prepared a simple but delicious breakfast. They had yougurt and fruit a few cups of coffee.

"So I was thinking T maybe we should go on a hike today. There is a beautiful waterfall down in the valley- we could pack a lunch. How does that sound?"

    1. As difficult as the situation is now maybe in the long run it’s a good thing. It’s up to them to take the chance to clear the air and discuss the relationship from a new point of view. PPS.

    2. i’m glad you brought up the situation with another baby, and i’m glad B&T are taking it slow and trying to make tina remember everything

    3. Such a wonderful story. Love how hard both are fighting to get their life back on track. I do hope that if a child is produced that Bette does carry him/her.

    4. Tina comforting Bette that’s a good thing. It’s good for them to talk everything out even the hard stuff as long as they don’t let anger get in the way when Tina finds out some of the bad things they have had to work through. If Tina doesn’t get her memory back they will just have to start over again and take it from there. It will probably be hard on Bette remembering what they had but at least she will still have Tina. PPS

    5. That was so touching. This weekend away was a great idea. They’re really connecting on a deeper level. I think even if Tina didn’t get her memory back their relationship would survive because they truly love each other.

    6. Very emotional right now but necessary. Just keep them talking and Tina slowly remembering. I still want to know why she was in the car with the fellow co-worker and where they were going and why. I feel that might trigger her memory faster than anything else. Thanks for posting.
