    Flashback continues.

    Last time on What Time Reveals: 

     

    It was Bette who interrupted Helena, her voice soft, a whisper.

     

    "She said that she and Henry were going to start a family with Angelica. That I lost my chance." Bette felt the hot tears burn her eyes as she furiously tried to wipe them away. ‘When will the pain go away?’ Bette thought wearily.

     

    Helena was shocked. ‘Tina had actually said that?’ Helena hadn’t been paying a lot of attention to Bette and Tina’s drama, because she had been worried about where Shane was, and her mother’s sudden turn into lesbianism.

     

    "Well that’s bloody ridiculous! Don’t worry Bette I’ll..we’ll get you through this."

     

    And now the next chapter….

    (Flashback continues)

    Bette sighed again. Just hearing Helena or anyone, trying to comfort her felt good. Bette reached the drive way into the resort. Angelica had falling asleep and now Bette was beginning to feel the emotional day finally catching up.  Bette yawned and sleepily told Helena that she had arrived.

     

    “I’m in room…

    “Love. I know what room you’re in. I’ll be right there.”

     

    Bette heard the dial tone and shrugged her shoulders. ‘How come she knows what room I’m in?’ Bette was contemplating this question as she bent down to unlatch the seat harness to remove Angelica from her car seat. Suddenly Helena’s opening word caught up with her tired mind and Bette stood straight up, banging her head on the door jam coming up.

     

    “Ouch!” Bette began rubbing her head, ‘Did she call me Love?’

    “Oh my God! What did she mean…I mean. she couldn’t possibly. Of course she’s attractive, but I could never..”

     

    Bette continued to talk to herself about the ramifications of what Helena had uttered. She got Angelica out of the car and started to walk to the lobby. As she finally got to her room, Helena had just reached it at the same moment. Helena placed a hand on Bette’s arm and lightly stroked it, trying to provide a bit of comfort to her. Bette felt the goose bumps form and spread throughout her body.  Bette’s eyes widen comically. ‘What the hell is that? I’m reacting to her? I must be tired!’ Bette’s tired muddled mind began to race again. She unlocked her door and allowed Helena to enter then got walked in.

    1. I didn’t think I could dislike Tina any more but I down right can’t stand her. And Henry needs to take a long walk off a short pier and stay out of something that has nothing to do with him. But I am liking the Bette/Helena storyline, can’t wait to see how things develop. Love the story and can’t wait for the next chapter.

    11. If Bette was smart She would put a foot where the sun dont shine and Henry would be standing up all the way to LA. Bette got to Tina talking about the baby boy, Tina will wake up all alone one day with just Angelica and no Bette and Henry will be lone gone. thanks
