By the time they made it to the car and got to Dana’s apartment it was 3am. Dana didn’t move from the car even when it had stopped. She turned around to Alice and spoke,

“Do you want to stay here tonight? It will save you driving back to your place and I really don’t want tonight to end.”

Alice was pleased, “I would love to!”

Chapter 5

It didn’t take long for both girls to get into the apartment and get changed into something more comfortable. Dana lent Alice some shorts and a white top to sleep in while she wore something similar. Alice was sat on the couch waiting on Dana to bring out a blanket to keep them both warm. As Dana sat down and spread the blanket evenly over her and Alice she spoke.

“my apartment isn’t that great, so I was hoping that when your on your assignment we could go apartment hunting?”

“I love apartment hunting!” Alice exclaimed

“Really?” Dana questioned, “Maybe you could go by yourself then and pick me something.” She joked

Alice didn’t see the smile Dana had on her face, “I don’t know Dana I don’t think I could pick somewhere for…”

Dana couldn’t hold her laugh in anymore causing Alice to playfully hit Dana. Dana wasn’t going to let it settle though so she decided to test the boundaries with her new friend and jumped up on her knees and pinned Alice down with one hand using the other to tickle the writer. This had exactly the effect Dana had hoped and had Alice laughing while begging for mercy.

“Please Dana…” She giggled, “…I give up, im sorry!”

Dana then let go and sat back down on the couch acting as if nothing had happened as Alice recovered.

“your so fucking strong Fairbanks! But I bet you wouldn’t beat me at wrestling!” Alice puffed still slightly out of breath.

Dana smirked, “Are you sure about that?”

“Im positive!” Alice said confidently

“Well in that case I think we should take this to the bedroom…”

Alice’s eyes went wide which Dana noticed causing her to blush, “If we do it here one of us could get hurt, whereas in the bedroom there is a bed to fall on.”
