Nikki proved to be everything I’d hoped for. An amazing beauty, wonderful talent, and very humble, something that’s usually lost nowadays in the film industry. Her scenes went well and as of next week, our shoot would take us to Seattle. But until then, if I played my cards right, I could at least have dinner with Bette. Talk to her, explain to her everything that had happened that night.

"Nikki, you’re doing amazing!"

"Thanks Tina, I really appreciate you giving me this huge opportunity."

"I don’t deserve all the thanks, you need to get Carmen a really nice present when you hit it big, she was the one who reccomended you."

"Either way, you could have told her no, so thanks," she said, and got up and left the set.

We wrapped early that day due to mine and Nikki’s request. She was going to some party and I was going to Bette’s exhibit. I was so excited and nervous at the same time. What would she say to me after all these years?

I stood in front of my closet and stared in. I had no idea what I was going to wear. I considered many dresses, but I decided on my black cocktail dress. It fell just below my knees, and hugged my curves. It revealed my cleavage nicely and was an open back.

I heard a knock at my door and then it opened. Lara hollered at me and she came to my room as I hollered at her. She wore a beautiful red dress, sleeveless with an open back. She helped me with my hair while I put my make up on. I was so nervous, she tried to talk the nervousness out of me, but I couldn’t shake it. I was ready to see Bette.

We had a car service drop us off at the entrance, there were lights, and people everywhere. I was amazed at how many news cameras and photographers were there. This show was bigger than I imagined. I smiled to myself. The driver opened our doors and we got out. My nervousness went into overdrive and we walked down the red carpet. There were photographers taking our pictures and people shouting questions at us.
