Two To Tango Chapter 5
Tina exclaims and bites her lips as Bette gasps out angeriously and yelped.
“Wow! Bi-curious you say? And you don’t even KNOW me. I see who you are Ms. Kennard. I suggest you don’t judge a book by its cover.”
Bette slammed the door and collapses onto the door in tears.
“How, how could I ever stop and ever think she and I could ever be? All she sees’s me as is some experiment she can toy with. Perhaps, I am just as straight as spaghetti but I have my experiences and she HAS no right to judge me because I happen to be married to a man.”
Porter huffs as Helena came by around the corner and say with kindness.
“Hello! How was your lesson tonight?” Ms. Peabody could immediately see the distress on Porter’s face almost instantly. “I am fine. Why? Do you and her report to each other about the straight chick she wants to BED?” Bette angeriously huffs, and walked out of the door.
Helena furrows a brow and entered the empty dance floor to find a lonesome Kennard.
A questionable glance was given to a friend who was already healing her wounds in a bottle of cheery cola with rum inside of it.
“HELLO! I SEE YOU’RE STARTING RATHER EARLY.” Helena yelps, as she pointed to the clock. In a teasingly manner as it was already midnight. “HA-HA to you too, Helena, sit your ass on the floor with me and join me in a toast?” Tina pours a glass of the hidden stash of rum she always hides behind the trick mirrors.
“No. I am fine.” Helena refuses to drink after seeing her mom waste away her life, to alcohol at an early age. “No? Oh yeah, I am a bitch. I am sorry. I didn’t mean to bring up that issue with your mum. I am sure Peggy is clean. I mean I hardly see her at parties’ right?” Helena sighs and decided this was the perfect sig-way into what happened outside with Porter.
“Yes. I am sure Mummy is great with her millions. You know, she and I don’t really keep in-contact anymore. I just can’t stand to have someone tell me what to do you know? I’d rather lead my own life, and not have it attached to a price-tag.”
