Tina heard Bettes confession of another affair and is taken back to Alices. One there she goes to her room and cries.
Chapter 13″
After a couple of hours of crying in my room, I finally regain my composure and venture to the living room. I walk down the hall to spy Alice and Dana sitting on the sofa, the television blaring in front of them. I casually stroll over and take a seat between them.
What are we watching? My voice is surprisingly cheerful.
An Affair To Rem, Dana catches herself and covers her mouth. Her eyes widen as she looks at me in horror.
Its okay, I tell her, Im fine, really. Itll take me some time to recover from what happened, but Ill be.oh, who am I ***** kidding? I wont get over this and I wont get over Bette.unless I can manage to face her. Its justevery time I go to see her shes either with Candace or confessing another affair to me.
Another affair, Dana blurts out. Alice must not have told her. Danas foot is beginning to moisten from its frequent visits to her mouth.
As I compose my thoughts, preparing for the explanation, my cell phone rings. Hello, I say, rolling my eyes for Dana and Alice to see, trying to lighten the mood.
Is Tina Kennard available please, inquires the voice from the other end.
This is she, I reply.
Ms. Kennard, the man says, this is Doctor Anderson at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Do you know aBette Porter?
Yes I do, I tell him. Is something wrong with Bette? Dana and Alice suddenly look concerned.
Ms. Porter was brought into the emergency room this morning and we need you to come down here.
Is she okay? Did she ask you to call me?
Ms. Kennard, Ms. Porter is in no shape to tell us anything. Youre listed as her next-of-kin, so we need you to come down here and give consent.
Consent? Consent for what?
I cant get into detail over the phone. Please just come to the emergency room at Cedars-Sinai. And ask for me, Dr. Anderson.

dana’s foot moistening line is the most hilarious line i have read so far…ain’t it the truth?
I do not know why I have not read this series until today…I love the different perspectives…amazing journey…please continue soon, I’m on the edge of my seat…bravo perfection!!!

Your kidding me right?! I am moving house and won’t be able to get to see what happens until after the weekend AT LEAST. Please please please post soon so that I can be put out of my misery the next time I log on. (By the way it’s very well written I am really enjoying it in a strange kinda masochistic way!)
This sorta reminds me of something that was written by karebear, in may of o4. You cant leave us like this. Please dont do this. Tinas had enough heartache no more please.
