“Wha…?” she simply stared at Tina, her hand on her aching cheek, stunned at how angry Tina looked.
Tina flung the items and her handbag at Bette, hitting her squarely on the chest as she marched up to Nadia, who had already bumped her head on the wall. “You, whoever you are, get the fuck out of here, right now and don’t come back!” Even though she was bigger than Tina, Nadia appeared smaller and frightened as she cowered, gathered her things and disappeared without so much as looking at Bette.
Tina followed Nadia out and slammed the office door behind her, locking it from the inside before turning back to face Bette with another round of angry words on her lips.
“I didn’t…You are wearing sandals…” Bette remarked to no one in particular, the words only making sense to her and not Tina, as she examined what Tina had thrown at her—Oh boy, seems like things did not turn out good, she presumed correctly, pursing her lips tightly together. No wonder she was mad.
“WHO the fuck is she and WHAT were you doing with her?” Tina asked furiously, her fists tightly clenched at her sides.
“Huh? Who?” Bette asked distractedly, her worry and concern for Tina had already driven away any and all thoughts about Nadia.
Tina was on the verge of breaking again. After experiencing the most humiliating and embarrassing moment of her lifetime the night before and having absolutely no words for Eric who seemed to be in a jolly good mood, all her anger had been directed at Bette, who in her opinion, should have known better. And now, as she saw another woman touching Bette in an intimate way, the sharp and instant pangs of jealousy had automatically driven her to lash out violently without thinking.
“BETTE!” she took her by the shoulders and shook her. “Stop fucking playing games with me, just stop fucking playing with me…!” Tina repeated over and over, tears streaming down her cheeks, hammering Bette in the chest with her fists as Bette raised her arms to defend herself only to have them wound up around her. Tina broke down into sobs, as she stopped hitting Bette and clung to her, crying into the crook of her neck, her heart racing. Bette, in a trance, held her lightly and then tightened her hold as Tina pressed against her, crying more openly now, completely spent and exhausted.

A hotel room would be great!:) Poor Bette, she is clueless to the fact that Tina is in love with her. Damn, they need to recognize and communicate what they are feeling for each other. PPS
Ok, when are these two gonna really talk about their feelings for each other??? It’s clear to everyone except the two of them that they’re in love with each other. PPS

To Bette’s house – isn’t Alice already gone? They need to explore their feelings for one another after dinner along side the pool. Maybe the sight of one another in swimwear will be the catalyst they need to get the party started! PPS
In love and they don’t even realized. Tina doesn’t even hear herself called Bette baby. Where to somewhere intimate and private.
Where to? A hotel room and/or someplace very intimate and very private. Not Bette’s house, that would be so wrong. They truly need to talk and admit that they are so very much in love with each other. Standing in the rain talking to each other and falling down and not getting up right away in that damned downpour should have told them something. How long do we have to wait for them to admit their love and their jealousy when someone else approaches either of them in the presence of the other? Great chapter. PPS
I hope the hell Ilene does not destroy TiBette again. I swear I’ll not watch the spin-off.

I think they should go for ice cream, because, well, who doesn’t like ice cream? And then perhaps off to Bette’s house for more pleasant conversation. Who’s to say if it’ll heat up … hehehe. Thanks again for posting. Loving it.

You are an amazing writer, you write this story so beautifully, it’s truly captivating, and I love the mischievous side of Bette, the intimacy that they share and the unbreakable bond.
