“Baby, I know you’re not in the mood for a party but this one is important for me and my family and remember, I’m coming out today afterwards and I need you there” Carmen was trying on dresses while Shane was looking at her with eager eyes

“I told you I’m going, your mother invited me and I know how important this party is but I wish I could go for a while and then leave, we partied yesterday” Carmen showed her a strapless blue dress with a provocative cleavage “Blue doesn’t look good on you baby” she smirked

 “It’s for you” Shane froze “What? You know you have to wear a dress” she leaned like she was going to kiss Shane “And I can’t wait to see how hot you’re gonna look on one” She stood up again

“Such a teaser” Shane got up and wrapped Carmen on her arms “I’m choosing my own dress” she kissed Carmen

“Of course you are baby! ……. From the options I’ll give you” she gave her a quick peck on the lips and continued looking for dresses, Shane just rolled her eyes

Alice arrived at Dana’s, Lara had to go to work, she had to go with her to the chemotherapy session but she really had to leave now.  The girls took turns to spend time with Dana after those painful sessions because she got depressed every time, so no matter how busy they were, they always made time for her

“How’s she holding it up?”  Alice asked to Lara

“Not good… even though I get her to eat she’s pretty weak and the chemo left her completely out today”

“Ok, I’m taking over now… go to work”

Lara nodded and headed to the door but she stopped and faced her “Alice…” she started “I know that there are no problems between us but I must confess that I had my doubts about you and Dana being friends again, I was so selfish that I didn’t stop to think about her and how much she missed you and then when we found out about the lump I refused to admit that she was going to need you too… I thought I could handle all this by myself but I can’t”
