Bette looked at her next appointment taking particular note this would be her clients first time. Preparing her work space was vital for the session, setting to work to make the studio seem more welcoming first impressions were everything. She had felt the same way more than a decade ago when her then girlfriend brought her to a session similar to the one she now ran.

Taking a mental note of the time she couldn’t be sure if the new couple would be late or right on time. Interrupting her thoughts the intercom brought her back to reality.

"Hello".

"Hi it’s Helena Peabody we have an appointment".
Bette smiled at the womans uneven tone already taking note that she would indeed have to go slow.
"Come on up".

Removing herself from the unsightly view of her desk she made her way to greet the women at the door. Brushing down her pant suit ensuring she looked professional smiling as the brunette entered over the threshold.

As Bette took in the womans clothing she was soon interrupted by the woman that appeared from no where holding on to her lovers hand.

"Hi I’m Bette. Just tell me who’s who and we can pretty much get started".

The couch provided a safety net of boundaries that each woman would soon discover. This was as much about themselves as it was each other.

Bette could see the blonde seemed shy and less confident than the brunette; but she held back her over active imagination as she knew this could be a difficult situation.

"I’m Helena and this is Tina". The brunette spoke for the blonde duelling noting that wasn’t what she had meant by stating who they were. Already she could see the many reasons why they were here.

"Hi ladies, well I want you to make yourselves comfortable tonight’s session will just be an in depth talk and if you’re feeling brave we will do some exercises. Don’t worry I’ve been in this line of work for over ten years so any questions or concerns you have are vital to making this experience a life changing one. So shall we start with you Tina, I want to know why you’re here."

Looking over to her lover Tina was nervous, why had she been picked on first . She wasn’t quite sure what this process would entail but the reassurance she found through feedback of other clients put her at ease, that and the sight of the heavenly brunette who would now be her teacher.
