Alice and Dana immediately went home. Shane, Carmen and Helena also went out so only Tina and Bette were left.

“Do you have something to do?” Tina asked Bette. The brown-haired woman looked at Tina.

“Not really, why?”

“Maybe you want to have a drink with me? Celebrating my first case.” Tina suggested.

“Don’t you need to go see your baby boy?” Bette asked.

“He is with his granny.” Tina explained. “C’mon, we’ll have fun.”

Bette looked around in her empty office. Would she stay here and feel alone or go with her partner that she liked? Option 2 sounded better.

“Okay, I’ll come with you.” Bette said.

“Yeey!” Tina said acting childish and Bette couldn’t help laughing a little. They walked out of the Jeffersonian, to Tina’s car and they drove to a little café. They walked in and sat down at the bar.

“Let’s celebrate… I am going to take a beer, you?” Tina asked.

“The same.” Bette answered. Soon, they were both sipping a beer.

“So, maybe we should get to know each other a little better…” Tina said.

“I don’t know.” Bette said, she didn’t want to tell her whole miserable story to someone she barely knew.

“You don’t have to tell things you don’t want to.” Tina told Bette.

“Uh, maybe you can start?” Bette suggested.

“Okay then. My full name is Christina-Chava Josepha Kennard. I am 22. My parents are Timothy and Yolanda, both 41 years old. I have two older sisters: Ariel-Anna and Bernice-Bethany, a twin and a younger sister: Delilah-Deborah and four younger brothers: Elijah-Ebenezer, Felix-Festus, Gabriel-Gideon and Hosea-Hamuel. My mother is pregnant again with a boy girl twin and we all hope it’ll be the last time she is pregnant. They are going to call them: Immanuel-Isaac and Judith-Julia. However, we give each other nicknames, well, behind our parents’ backs because they call us by our full name, horrible. We are a very catholic family, as you probably noticed by the names. All my siblings have at least two kids and my oldest brother has eleven kids, nice family eh?” Tina joked.

“I never met them. I wouldn’t know.” Bette said. Tina suppressed the urge to roll her eyes.

“It was a joke, Bones.” She said.
