“Well don’t panic okay. Do you love Dana?”
“Why did—,” Shane cut her off.
“Just answer the question Alice. Do you love Dana?”
“Of course I love her Shane. There’s no doubt about it.” Alice sighed. “I just want this feeling to leave and don’t come back because I don’t want to hurt Dana.”
“You won’t. This is just a phase that will go away. Don’t worry about it.”
“I really glad that I called you because I feel—,” Shane had another call. She looked at her phone and saw that it was Carmen.
“Hey Al, can I call you back? Carmen’s on the other line.”
“Yeah—sure, I’ll talk to you later.” Shane clicked over and sighed.
“Hey.”
“Hi, how’s New York?”
“Boring and quiet, I wish you were here with me.” Shane lay back onto the bed. “I miss you.”
“You’ve only been gone for ten hours, and you already miss me?”
“Yeah, I miss having you around. I need someone to be by my side and to talk to.”
“You have Cherie.” Carmen laughed softly.
Shane frowned. “Carm—,” Carmen quiet down and cleared her throat.
“I’m sorry, but did you see the shop?”
“Yeah—it’s great. I love everything about it, but—.”
“But what?”
“I have to stay here for a month.”
“Wha—why? What happened?”
“They need me here for the grand opening and to work for a while before I head back to LA. It’s a part of my job.”
“You’re sure that Cherie doesn’t have anything to do with it.”
“Carmen, will you stop worrying about Cherie. That is the least thing you should be worried about. Can we talk please without you mention her?”
“I—,” Shane cut her off.
“I will end this conversation if you mention her name one more time.”
“All right,” Carmen sighed. “I won’t say her name.”
“Thank you,” Shane licked her lips. “Where are you?”
“At my mother’s, we had a small dinner. My mother misses you Shane.”
“I thought she hated me after what happened.”
“She did, but she put it behind her. She wants to see you again.”

ok you have these women moving on to other women like it’s a sport. When are they going to calm down? Poor Helena, oh well I guess Alice with make her feel better until someone else come along for either one! (LOL)

Well ACB, More twists and turns in this lastest chapter. Good to see that Shane and Carmen are trying to ber there for one another. Alice and Dana are sweet together particularly when Alice is trying to look after Dana. Helena and Ryan are at least working things through and trying to be there for each other. And it is good to have Bette and Tina talking through their differences instead of shouting them. Finally Jenny seems to be there for Deim. More please of this delightful and twisted tale. It like they go shoping for a different woman. Got to get they stablize and let them be me and you and you and you.etc Like changing sock everyday. But I love the story Alice is crazy.
