                Jenny
    sat in the lawyer’s office next to Tim  His now shaggy hair in his intense eyes, his
    feet pattering on the floor.     who
    hadn’t stopped moving since they’d come into the ultra clean office.

               

                “I didn’t know.”  JennyTim in the eyes.
    whispered, trying to look at

     

                “I didn’t know either,
    but you are not getting my house!”  He
    huffed, gritting his teeth.

     

                “I’m sorry Tim…”  Jenny said,
    trying to get him to look at her.

     

                “I know, I know.”  He sighed, slumping into his chair, and
    rubbing his sleep deprived eyes.

                “BP is 132 over 78,
    pulse 107; right arm looks to be broken, split lip and a rowdy attitude.”  Said the EMT attendant as they rolled     Shane
    into the emergency room. 

     

                Shane‘s
    vision was blurred and she couldn’t see a thing she struggled on the gurney.  She kicked and swore.  The EMT’s had strapped her down onto a flat
    hard board and she had a neck brace on and she
    wanted up and out of here.

     

                “Keep kicking and I’m
    going to have to give you something to calm that ***** ***** of yours
    down…”  Came an eerily familiar voice
    she grabbed at the person to her left.

     

                “Who is that?  Where am I?” 
    She said thickly her mouth full of blood.  Coughing harshly as she tried to speak.

     

                “It’s Sam
    I’ve got you.  S’ok Shane
    I’ll take care of you, just breathe and let me take care of you.  Shhhh….” 
    Sam Vance
    cooed as she ordered something for Shane to calm
    her down and to ease the pain.

                Alice
    rushed into the hospital room dragging Dana with
    her.  They’d been just about ready to sit
    down and have dinner when the phone call had come.  Alice
    was sure that there was a karmic god that wasn’t going to allow her the luxury
    of trying to come to terms with her feelings for Dana.  Or to get Dana
    to admit that she to had feelings.

     

                Kit
    wasn’t far behind with Marina;
    Ivan had driven them but was hanging back not
    wanting to crowd Kit.  Ivan had
    agreed to being friends with her paramour, that as fine as long as Kit
    let her be with her in her time of need.

    1. Some people don’t read your comments. Sam is neat, Poor Shane, Tina gets to Bette and Marina and Kit gets Fran. loving it all over again. thanks bvh

    2. I am enjoying it. I just have one question, what do you have against Bette (and Shane for that matter)? I know they have to suffer, but Tina thinks she’s a stalker..pu-llease Tina get a grip. Please do not wipe up the floor with them. I am sure you won’t. I know deep down inside, in the clear, crisp recesses of your mind you are a TiBetter. JKDWYD

    3. Oh yeah, Kit to the rescue!! While Marina behaved badly in season 1 (“I’ve opened up your world”, I say, “who asked you for your help woman!!”), I don’t think she deserved Fran (What a hussy!!) or that husband (boy, o boy). Indeed she had enough misery. Also, I like the fact that you are bringing to light the whole dissolution of marriage thing for Jenny and Tim (poor guy).

    4. this is my first time commenting on either of your stories but i thought it should be known that i love thr sam character, but i am seeing a theme or at least a small connection between this and your last story, you like shane either blind or in hospitals it seems lol…anyway keep up the good work and post soon please

    9. Awesome chapter, we get flown in right where the drama is taking place. Love it. Poor Shane, getting carjacked like that, she’s a lucky girl. Not only cuz she’s going to be fine physically but also because she’s being taken care of by our lovely Doc. Kit has got balls!!! What a great way to slap Francesca in the face, not literally but this is so much better. Agh…Bette, I know she betrayed Tina but they really have to work things out. I hope they will eventually.

    10. Well, I like Sam Vance, it will be fun to see if she ends up taking care of Shane. Love the drama between B&T even if it is just a little. I love this Kit she seems powerful and sure of herself.
