The escape and The escape…in the mirror (Part 1 & 2)
Later then I hated what you had done. Oh, no, I never hated you, even if I may have said that, but feeling pain you sometimes say things, like a shouting from your soul, which aren’t the way they sound. And I didn’t hate our life, although it was a lie!? No, I hated what it had done to us, to me. I hated this desolated empty feeling and those many thousand questions in my head and – I have been waiting for the answers in vain until today.
Like every morning I dress myself, put my bag on the small table in the hall and go to the kitchen. I take two cups from the cupboard – one for you, the other for myself. I fill both cups with coffee. While I take the first gulp in a hurry to neutralize the taste, my look goes over the culinary bar to the picture on the wall, the Woman in Red. It was your favorite painting and looks at me day by day as if it wanted to say: I am still here Tina, here with you. This makes me furious: "You are not Bette!" I shout at her.
You killed me!
Where are you?…
